Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Getting a bit tired but okay

Firstly i would just like to say that i have never asked to change room before in a hotel.
Stayed at the hotel for a total of 4 nights. We checked in a day late as we decided to stay in Nha Trang for a day longer and tried to contact the hotel through agoda (never succeeded!) As we hadnt made contact he presumed we were a no show and gave are room to someone else. He put us in a different building, as he said no rooms were available in the hotel 20 meters down the road that was substandard and deserted. I went back and said he didn't want to stay there. He then put us in a room back in the main building (thought there was no rooms?!?) First impressions were a lot better than the first room, however when the wind blew it made a whistling noise through a small gap in the window and also moved the door back and forth, which made an annoying bang. Decided to put up with it. We returned to the hotel for one more day after 3 days in Phu Quoc, as he gave us discount for the day we didn't stay there. We stayed in a different room and the aircon was ridiculously loud! I went to reception and again was told there were no more rooms. I said i would go to a different hotel and they found us a different room. The new room was better but the mattress was broken at one side, however i couldn't be bothered going down again. In the morning the guy on reception apologies for us having to move room and told us the hotel is getting a makeover soon.

A small hotel located down an ally, rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom a wee bit shabby. Breakfasts were basic but filling and staff were incredibly helpful organising cheap bus tickets for us, providing maps of the local sites and being genuinely friendly without trying to push tours/services.

When the taxi driver dropped us in front of an alley, we're a bit worried of what kind of hotel we might get into. But turns out inside of the hotel is nice. Small hotel, but rooms is nice and clean with comfy beds.
Location is near to bus station and 1 km walk to Ben Thanh Night Market.

Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask hotel to book you taxis and fix price for you. Should be 180k to airport.
