clean bathroom, clean towels and sheets. very comfortable bed in a room that was just the right size for a couple. front desk staff spoke english
there was no electronic safety deposit box in the room.
my husband and i were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was and because we are very particular about hotel bathrooms, we were so happy to see a squeaky clean bathroom! we were pretty satisfied with the breakfast, too. the location was perfect - ben tanh market was just 3 minutes away. we truly enjoyed our stay at sanouva

An new 3 star hotel. Clean and bright guest rooms.
Friendly staffs.Easy Walking distance to sightseeing spot and shopping.
Thin wall. bring your own ear-plug.
Very new hotel,easy walking distance to sightseeing spot and shopping. Guest rooms are clean and bright,but it is noise because of thin wall, please bring your own ear-plug. The breakfast is simple but acceptable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I surely will stay at Sanouva next visit.
Travel tip : Only 2 taxi company can take. (38 38 38 38) (38 27 27 27). Check the driver turn on the meter before you.Turn left when get out from arrival hall at airport and go to the far end parking,you can find taxi are waiting there.Don't take other taxi but the 2 compnay only.

great service, excellent location
check-in/check-out time is abit slow
Sanouva is closed to most of the major tourist attractions in Dist. 1. It's just 3 mins walk to the Ben Thahn Market, which makes shopping and eating very easy. Staff speaks great English at front desk. Everyone is friendly at Sanouva and greet you with a big smile all the time. Room is new and clean.
Nightlife Tip : Watch out for the Cyclo drivers. They may scam you even if you've made agreement on price.
