Friendly service
The staff were so sweet and helpful,
Good location, smiling service, clean rooms at a good price however the breakfast is not great. Then again, the hotel is near some good cafes and street food so I had coffee on the street.

Great hotel, a little noisy
clean rooms, nice staff, good location
I stayed at Sanouva last weekend and would definitely return. I was slightly annoyed by some loud guests next door to me who I could hear very clearly because the doors and walls are so thin, that is not really the hotel's fault. The rooms were clean and really good value for the money. My friend found her room also a little loud as it was facing the street, but when she asked to switch to another side of the hotel the staff were very helpful and complied.

Great rooms and great locations
Friendly doormen and reception.
Our stay was great, it was very close to the ben thanh markets and also other places of interests, within walkable distance of the reunification palace and war memorial. Staff was very helpful, there is a fitness room, but no weights but contrary to what we read in reviews the staff do help bring your luggage up the elevators for you.

.Five times in this hotel
Location..staff friendliness
..and still fine by me! Sure, the competition in the rea is getting small hotel opened all around the area and soon or late will decide to try a new one :) So far Sanouva is fine by me. Just wish the b/fast was a bit less Asian and more like a mix of western and Asian fare. After all I see more westerners patronizing the hotel than Asians..

Convenient location, but small rooms.
Friendly staff and close to everything thing.
The location of the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the markets. The rooms are small but the staff are quite helpful and friendly. There are cafes and convenient stores very close by. The nightlife isn't too far away either from the hotel. Many cabs in front of hotel waiting to take you places, just have to ask the receptionist to write in Vietnamese so you can show the cab driver, as their English is quite poor. The breakfast isn't too bad. Not much variety but tasty food. The Internet is okay,,, quite fast.

Lovely hotel.
very spacious
the hotel is very good and spacious and the best part is that the staff is very helpful and would help you with almost anything and even organizing your bus trips to other location around town. very near to market too.

Great location and really nice staff
Great location, nice and very helpful staff, nice rooms, WIFI the whole day
We really had great time in Vietnam due not only to the excellent location of the hotel, but more importantly, to all the help that its staff has given with regard to the booking of our tours and giving of directions to the must-see places in the city.

Great location
Very near to Ben Thanh market where the food and shopping is
Location of the hotel is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market where there are tons of food and market shopping. Not too near which is good or else it will be too noisy to sleep in. But there is something about the rooms. The walls seems to be super thin. I can hear people walking up and down the stairs, people bathing in the other room, door slamming and phone ringing. Though it is a great location, I don''t think I will be back again because way too noisy for good rest. This is my 2nd time to HCMC and there are definitely other better hotels around everywhere.
