Good stay but some issues

The Sherwood Residence is a place where people live or stay long term... so it had some issues for us as guests who only booked two nights through a sale on Agoda. The room we stayed in had a fantastic view but was older. Some dirt in the shower. When I told the staff that all the bathroom free accessories were empty no attempt was made to fill them up. As a result we didn't have ear buds and toothpaste, etc. The room had a washer and clothes dryer, however, the dryer was broken. The dryer was replaced with another one however this one was broken too. When we used the kitchen to make eggs we asked reception if we would need to clean the dishes. We were told we would otherwise we would be charged. When I asked for cleaning products and a cloth I was told to go to the supermarket and buy them.

Reception staff extremely rude
Housekeeping left our apart door open the whole time we were out
Cannot have guests/visitors after 10pm- this was not communicated upon booking and check-in; was charged 35USD for each visitor.
Was asked to wait for 5 minutes on check-out for their housekeeping to do a room check- this was actioned but reception never advised us we were ok to go- ended up waiting 20 minutes. When leaving there was no thank you or see you again- just arrogant looks from the staff- We were being courteous and said thank you.

Unfair charges imposed at checkout

We were dissapointed that we had stayed in a 3br unit, but at checkout they told us that only 2 pax can stay for free in that unit. We were a group of 4 and were required to pay an additional per person for the 3rd and 4th guest, per night.
This was also the only place that we stayed in Vietnam that did not provide free wifi... this was also on a charged basis.
I think because it has long-stay guests, they do not mind to unfairly put silly charges on guests staying for only a few nights.
