Top spot close to everything
room cleanliness,, friendly staff..great meals.

would recommend this hotel as a friendly clean place to stay with great meals/room service..rates are good.. close to markets (next door).. easy place to walk anywhere from.. close to wharfs.. cheap taxi to center of town.. very good travel desk .with helpful staff..I could go on but you get the message,,
Restaurant Tip:
If you choose not to dine at the hotel leave by the rear door turn right then left.and right again top restaurant over the road..but watch the chillies..there B hot ..

Loved our stay at this hotel. It is a great location for shopping and taking tours and dining. The buffet breakfast was huge! Staff was well trained and spoke very good English.

This hotel is equipt with good facilities and relaxing environment. Food is great with lots of choices coupled with a variety of drinks to choose from. It is situated in nearby shopping places for great buys. The hotel personnels are accomodating and pleasing. The presence of the spa adds to the great stay where guests can relax after a day's walk and sight seeing. It is a hotel that I can recommend .

Although I was first given with a double room even though I booked a twin room but they managed to change immediately. It is a very nice hotel indeed even though the room is a bit small. It is a surprise to me that it is located in tourist area where you can find various food and shopping so easily without calling a taxi. The receptionist are so friendly and as if we are friends. The food in the restaurant for the breakfast are good. I will stay there for my next visit.

i had a wonderful stay. i reached the hotel early and as there's a room available, they allowed me to check in early.
Very near to the popular ben thanh market, and there are tailors, shops, restaurants along the road.
Restaurant Tip:
They have 2 muslim's restaurants along the road, and kinda cheap tho.

We were located in B wing and were very satisfied. The rooms are clean and comfortable (if not large)and breakfast is quiet good. Staff at the front counter try hard and the gentleman on the tour desk during our stay was excellent (we had an issue with airline tickets which he went out of his way to assist us with). The location is good and the bell staff are always on hand to secure you a taxi. Happy to recommend this hotel.
