Great location
Just a stone throw away from Bến Thành Market

Check in was hassle free and we were able to get our room despite arriving at 10am. Room size though not spacious, but sufficient for two people.
The creaky beds and the strand of hair in my bowl of noodle soup are my only complaints.

Spacious Room, great location!
location of hotel, near Ben Thanh and central of all place

the room is good, neat and clean. Breakfast is generally nice, good spread. Reception are friend and nice.
the only thing is the WIFI in room, it is pretty weak.
Shopping Tip:
Ben Thanh is near by. so you won't be bore.
Zen Plaza is walking distance if you know your direction. but there is nothing there, execpt sushi bar. if you don;t like sushi, give it a miss. Go visit Salon, must visit place
it has spa facility in the hotel, you can try it, but i rather try it outside as it is much cheaper.

fantastic hotel, very pleasent staff

a really nice place to stay for a day or a week, very friendly staff and very nice rooms. Conveneint for all aspects of holidaying or passing through. Always a pleasure and will surely stay there again. Not far from airport for those whom are on a time budget but very close to everything for those whom wish to enjoy

room quite bit small
I do not like the way to use the key card to control the power

bath tub and shower are so cheap. not impressive.
Use the key card to control the power to save operation cost but it take 15 to 20 minutes to get the room cool. this is not good at all.

Great Hotel, Great Location
Great Location, Great Staff.

This hotel is great. We stayed in the Junior Suite ($70.00 a night), nice big room and a nice soft bed. Staff are great, helpful, polite. Location is great, walking distance to everything. After our stay we rebooked for our last two nights in Vietnam on our return to HCMC.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do the tunnel tour, a great day.

Great location but small rooms

Nice stay... With comfortable room, nice toilet and bathroom, good breakfast, but relatively small. We had a pleasant stay, since the hotel is very near to everything in ho chi minh.
Shopping Tip:
Night market is just around the corner, about 1 minute walking distance. Saigon square is on the opposite road. Be careful when riding a taxi. Always take a vinasun or Mai linh cabs.

Great location with excellent spa

Good location- about 20 mins cab ride from the airport which costs about US$8, it is just 3 mins walk from Ben Thanh Market. The suite we stayed for 2 nites was clean, spacious and with an good jacuzzi.Quite a number of the front desk and restuarant staff spoke English and they were pleasant, cheerful and courteous.
The rejuvenating 3 hours massage package at a discounted US$50 per person was relaxing and great!
One little inconvenience was the traffic noise till midnight as our suite was at level 4 but this was bearable for all the other positive attributes and conveniences for this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
The Pho2000 restaurant which ex-US President Clinton visited is just 3 min at the corner of the street.

Just bring along good walking shoes and brightly colored windbreaker to keep safe while walking the roads.

very good hotel for little cost. room is clean and not too small compare to other hotels in same area. i did enjoy having breakfast here. lots of variety.
Shopping Tip:
There is a 24hr shop at the back of the hotel which can get some food and drink.
