Good location, attentive service, standard rooms

the hotel is located in a pretty busy area near the ben thanh market, and most of the central tourist sites in ho chi minh city are within walking distance. we had to leave early to catch a morning flight and the hotel was helpful in arranging airport transportation and take-away breakfast. the hotel is a great option for travelers looking for a standard clean/comfortable hotel in a good locaiton and a reasonable price.

it was the perfect hotel for our stay in hcmc. the hotel is located within walking distance to all the main sightseeing ans shopping places. we also booked a mekong tour at the hotel.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

situated right next to ben thanh markets in district 1 of hcmc. our room was very small and without a window. however, we were upgraded to a much better room at no charge. i will definitely stay here again.

Great Location, and very nice hotel

This a really good hotel with one of the best service you will ever get in Saigon. We arrived a bit early and have to wait at their lobby. It's pretty nice lobby and comfortable, even though it's very small.
But the surprise is they upgrade our room from superior to junior suite. It's a nice room and very modern. They also have a jacuzzi in the bathroom, which we really enjoyed.
The breakfast also have a lot of western and asian food.
So i'm really satisfied staying at this hotel and for sure will back again

Great location with very good service
Hotel is located near the Ben thanh market and walking distance from other city sights and the staff were efficient and gracious

we were looking for a hotel near where the action is, and we got one which is few steps away from the btm. the hotel boasts of a spa and good massage, not to mention the buffet breakfast was good too! they have english speaking staff who tried their best to make our trip a memorable one. gave us map and instructions how to go around the city and visit the sights without the hassle of a tour group. we were guided too on how to join a tour to cu chi tunnels, which my 9 year old son enjoyed so much. what i appreciated most was when we celebrated my son's 9th birthday, the hotel staff made it a surprise by including in their menu for breakfast my son's favorite, spaghetti! truly, i will recommend to my friends and relatives when they visit hcm.
Shopping Tip:
When taking a cab, look for a taxi with meter and insist on metering charge rather on a package deal. They charge thrice the amount when not using the meter.

wish I could have stayed longer

my stay at this hotel was brief, based around a tour i did of the mekong delta for several days. because i stayed one night, left for the tour, then came back a couple days later, i had two different rooms each time. the first room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities i could have wanted (including a huge corner bathtub), the room itself was small and had no view. the second room i had was huge and beautiful as well and though the view of any part of ho chi minh wasn't really picturesque, it at least had a view out into the city. both these rooms were the same price point. i had read in several reviews people mentioning the noise levels being different between tower a and tower b here and i have to say i barely noticed a difference and the rooms in tower a (supposedly less noise proof) were much nicer in my opinion. otherwise the hotel was in great proximity to everything in district 1, the main tourism area and the staff were fluent in english and extremely helpful in all regards. there was a breakfast buffet included with the room but i didn't have the chance to try it out unfortunately but it looked like a large selection when i walked by the restaurant.

We have booked a deluxe room. On the first night, the hotel has given us a corridor deluxe room and people walking at the corridor can peep into the window facing the corridor. We have asked for a change of room and this was done on the second day of our stay. This is a clean hotel with good customer service, the staff always serve you with a smile. The only thing cons of this hotel is that the hot water flow is not regular in the morning. This hotel is good for shopping, just opposite Ben Thanh market and 5 mins walk to Saigon Square. 10 mins walk to Pham Ngu Lao, the backpackers area where you can book cheap tour to tour around Ho Chi Minh.

Great location but small rooms
There is a several kind of foods on breakfast if compare the same rate with other hotels.

The superior room was too small for us, some european guys had asked to change the room because the bed also small for them. My room was bad because too old air conditioner and we could not use the cold water in the bathtub. Perhaps, we paid the super low rate to Agoda then, the hotel just provided this room for us.
But this hotel has a good location for shopping because it is close to Binh Thanh market and you can see the night market besides this market too. Meanwhile, you can walk to the shopping center around 5-10 min.
