great location and great breakfast

room is very clean, breakfast have many choice, location in the center of city but receptionist not very good speak english so when we asking to change room they not very understand our requirement. I suggest to use only Vinasum taxi, we have bad experience with Mai Linh taxi.

The only thing I regretted was that I was asked to leave my passport with the reception counter during my stay there. Wouldn't it be prudent if the hotel ask for security deposit payment rather than passport. As a traveller, people would always carry their passport as their ID. Hope the hotel could change their policy.
Travel tip:
Be carefull with the taxis. Sometimes they just drive you around the town rather than sending you directly to your destination knowing that you do not know the road and even charge you with extra charges for their so called "tour"

Very convenient location, staff speak a good English, bkf buffet is very average but edible..
Room was fairly big and bed confortable. Dry cleaning service was good but not cheap for VN.
Overall ok, nothing sexy about it but does the job.

Convenient location to Ben Tahn market

stayed three nights. the first two nights were in a cheap room with no window. we then upgraded, even still the room was both great. the hotel is nice though. and thee spots s'mac restaurant are good.

Walking distance to most tourist spots in the city so no need to get a city tour, Staffs are very helpful, Very close to Ben Than Market and the Night Market

I enjoyed my stay here since the hotel is really near the shopping area and the staffs are really accomodating. I would recommend it to my friends. But will warn them of the hot and cold water for the shower.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
No need for city tour since the hotel is in the center and a walking distance away to all city tourist spot. A map is also provided by the hotel so you can just follow it. Very close to Ben Than Market and the Night Market.

Nice hotel, great value, near Ben Thanh Market

great location immediately next to the ben thanh market. we were picked up from the airport by the hotel private car with a bottle of water and a face cloth each offered immediately to us. the hotel is nice, clean, with a tv, ac, good beds and a spa located on site with discounts offfered to guests. the included breakfast was basic but nice.
the only down side was the "city view" meant we could hear the loud street traffic all night through the thin panes of glass, despite being 6 floors up!
Nightlife Tip:
The food at the Ben Thanh Night Market is excellent. Do not miss it!!

the room that i had reserved initially was not ready for checkout, the previous guest left his/her baggage in the hotel and the hotel staff said it was a policy that they could not enter the room until 24hours later. therefore i was not able to check in and there were no more rooms available in the hotel. but staff were courteous and helpful and offered to transfer me to another hotel nearby. location wise, this hotel is on a small road that may not be so accessible to business travellers. perhaps more for backpackers and people on holiday who is looking for a quiet yet decent location for accomodation.

Clean, modern room. Helpful friendly staff. Great selection of breakfast foods. Right by one of the large markets in Ho Chi Minh City. Had a great foot massage at their spa, would highly recommend that!
