Good location and good tour service

Good hotel which is across the road from where the coach from Hanoi drops you off and is very close to alot. The staff are fairly helpful however the rooms are outdated and is not what you get for your money even in the deluxe rooms, broken windows, small TV and very poor bathroom. Expensive for what it is but for the location it is bearable. Overall I wouldn't stay again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Book a better room as the 'Cheaper' rooms are basic and outdated

Great location but small rooms

hotel staff was friendly and overall the hotel room was good and clean. breakfast was exellent but dinner was too expensive when compared to the meals charged from surround restaurants, thus this area needs to be improved to win customer back.
overall we enjoyed our stay there and would like to comeback next time

great location in City centre
Very centrally located the main city market and other attractions

the staff could have been better they didn't give us a early checkin intact the check in was quite late, but in the end they managed a ticket for water puppet show which compensated everything else, rooms were small but cozy

we were upgraded to a suite which was good as the superior and deluxe rooms were a little small (very clean though). having said that, the location is excellent, the breakfast buffet has lots of choice and for the price we paid in hcmc it is value for money. what we really enjoyed was the spa, they had many great deals and after a long day it was nice to have spa treatments in your own hotel.

hotel staff is friendly and overall the hotel room is good to stay. one thing is they mention that the hotel have car park and when we arrive there our car is unable to park overnight at the hotel place as they don't allow. we need to drive to another place to park car and need to back about 10 min from the hotel. i hope the hotel should state clearly in the hotel facilities section clearly.
Shopping Tip:
near ban thai market and convenient for shopping and sight seeing as well.

Clean hotel but small room

hotel breakfast is not good. simple food, nothing fancy and nice. but room service food is cheap and nice. one 8' pizza, one plate spaghetti and a mango for only 16 usd. massage at hotel is good and cheap. foot massage, foot scrap and pedicure for 2 only 42 usd. steam bath, jacuzzi, thai massage, body scrap for 2 only 92 usd. overall is a normal hotel.

Very good price for small room with the lots. Smiling staffs willing to help. Great location in Ho Chi Minh.
Poor wireless connection in room so have to use downstairs in internet cafe.

Great hotel, excellent spa, good location

the room we stayed in was larger than expected, with fantastic views of the city. the proximity to ben tanh market was extremely handy. friendly staff upgraded us to a better room upon arrival. helpful tour desk also.

take advantage of the cheap spa prices for an outstanding massage!
