Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights and we were initally happy about the rooms condition
but we come to realise that breakfast option was limited, and were very slow in replenishing the items.
one of the days, there was only 2 slices of bread at 7am! how is this possible when it is 7am and there were hardly any guests at the breakfast area.
Service was also lousy at this hotel. the service staff were in fact watching tv and lying on the sofa in the day time, while guests were around. this is a very bad reflection of the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
20 mins walk to Benh Thah market, alot of Japanese resturants around the hotel.

Lovely hotel with a reasonable price
Lovely smiles and friendly faces
8
The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile on their faces. The food was delicious. We got what we expected: local Vietnamese cuisine. The only downside to our stay was the numerous bedbugs. But once we notified the staff, they made no delay in changing the sheets. Overall, we had a pretty enjoyable stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For those travelers who are keen on taking taxi's, be sure to ask the assistance of the hotel receptionist so that you won't be swindled by taxi drivers who take advantage of naive foreigners.

The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. Just few minutes walk to the Cathedral and Opera house, very near river side. Breakfast could be better, few insects flew over breads.

Great location
Small room but good services
8
I stayed in this hotel two years ago, I came back for two nights. The services are good as before, they could do better if they take care more about breakfast.
Restaurant Tip:
Plenty of Jap restaurants and the Pho 2000 just around the corner.

it was the first hotel, which we stayed in saigon. we have booked for 4 persons in a room. the room is small, but it is all right. this is also the only one, which doesn't ask for extra money either for a extra bed or for breakfast. the office staffs could be more friendly.
Restaurant Tip:
Ngon in the pasteur street 160
