Clean, decent location, really comfy beds!

Very nice room, decent size. One double & one single bed, very soft and comfortable with nice duvets. Friendly staff, decent level of English spoken. Good location, close enough to the PNL area to walk but quiet at night. Very strong wifi signal in room.
Nightlife Tip:
Head down to PNL, around 2 dollar cab ride

I have stayed in this hotel 2 nights and I really enjoyed. People really friendly and helpfull. My room was quite big and clean. Hotel little bit far from the center but you can rent a bike or scooter from the reception or just outside of the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you like view of da nang you should rent a scooter and go monkey mountain

The hotel is in a small ally , if u prefer the peaceful stay . That's the right place because its very quite . If u are hungry, just beside n opposite the hotel , there are cafe , bread shop n ice cream shop in the area it's very convenient .
Find this rate hotel provided a completed local breakfast is goof enough, except if they can provide compliment mineral water that will be good enough for the stay .
The bathroom is basically a standard shower area , except the wardrobe is bit small n the design of the wardrobe door is not practical .
Restaurant Tip:
Walking distance to Benh than market in 10 min .

we had a double room which was quiet, clean and nice furnished. also the bathroom was nice and clean.
the lady from the reception could nearly not talk any english and was not very friendly so the service was very low but we spent just a night and for one or two night it is ok.
the breakfast was as usual no big choice but could order one more coffee.
the location of the hotel seemed pretty close to the backpacker quarter and the hotel is situated in a side street so it is not that noisy.

the place is close to the beach in an area with plenty restaurants and bars. it is quite run down, though, and the cleaning was not the best. The choices for breakfast were extremely limited

I stayed one night here and would come back again. Was recommended by a friend and decided to come. The service was really good and rooms were very nice and new. Locationwise really good easy to walk in district 1 or take a taxi.
Only negative thing was that shower was missing the curtain so water was everywhere.

From the moment I arrived (and greeted with an ice cold complimentary bottle of water), until the moment I left, the service was welcoming, friendly and helpful. They gave advice on where to eat, directions for taxis and the breakfast was a pretty good spread for the price.
Nightlife Tip:
The hotel is about 10 minutes from the lively areas for nightlife in District 1.
