All i can say is staying in dis hotel is superb. The location is nearby the ben thanh market with a walking distance of 5 mins. The hotel is easy to get taxi to roam around.

Staff were friendly when we arrived.
new hotel with great water pressure. Room was clean and breakfast was ok. Good value for money.
not known amongst the taxi drivers.
when leaving staff rang to make sure we would not be late for our flight with out ordering a wake up call.

It's an good local chain hotel, the staffs do try to make the guest feel welcome. Would be good to sort out their wireless reception, as not all rooms are able to log on. There's some small stain on bedsheet and people smoking in the corridor.

We arrived quite late, but no problem for them to handle us.
Throughout our 3 day visit the staff were helpful, but the breakfast was always crowded.
Room service quality not so good, but for a 3 star hotel will stay there again.

the hotel superior room is comfortable, clean, however without windows. the reception is friendly, however the porter is a bit weird. there are many salons and massages places nearby the hotel.
