Friendly and helpful staffs!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very cosy and nice.

We enjoyed our trip to HCM City very much. The hotel is clean and the staffs are really friendly and helpful.
The suite we stayed in was nice too although the area may be a bit small comparatively. The bath room may need some upkeep though. But value for money really!
The breakfast provided were considered reasonally good although varieties of food is a bit less (- but to me that was acceptable considering the size of the hotel and the number of quests stay in at any one time).

for airport transfer, they charge me 20 dollars while by TAXI it's only 5 dollars. Room is small and not well cleaned,staff is kind but not too much helpful, I have to say it's not worthy the price...

we spent one week in tan hai long 3 hotel. the location is really good and is very easy to find taxis to move around. the rooms are nice and very clean. the only problem was that, as our arrival, we were told that our room (premium deluxe) was ungraded to a suite. but when we entered the room we discovered that the suite had no window. we were told that we could have change next day for a premium deluxe (with windows) but in these rooms there are two twin beds while in the suite we had a king size bed. so we stayed in the suite (which is on the first floor, room number 101), but the lack of the window is somehow unpleasant.
the staff and the service are very good as well as the buffet breakfast with a wide choice especially for asian breakfast and a more limited choice for continental breakfast.
Travel tip:
If you are claustrophobic stay away from suite 101.

had a pleasant stay @ tlh3. the receiving staff were very courteous, all of them indeed. breakfast was good, a sampling of western and local viet food.
Shopping Tip:
just walk, you are right within all the sights and sounds. even walking to the famaous bentren market is a joy!

Nice and clean hotel

The room was clean and good size, however the door was not seal properly, we can hear people talking and walking in corridor very loud, annoyed me if I want to wake up late.

I stayed here a total of 8 nights over a 2 week stay in Vietnam. The hotel staff were extremely helpful with all of my onward bookings and also the tours I did. The hotel is in an excellent location so it was easy to get to all the main attraction. The breakfasts were awesome and the menu changed on daily.
Although the rooms are a little on the small side what they lack in size they make up for in cleanliness. The bathrooms were nice with a nice big bath and always hot water.
I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.
