I booked a family room for 2 days, but the first day they didn't have a family room and changed to a deluxe room...my friends booked a room at the same day but the hotel staff let my friends move to the other hotel(lower level hotel). . Service was not good...

As you can tell not to happy with the service. I have stayed here a few times and yet was not treated very well. I booked a double room as I am bigger than average. When I arrived was told that my room wasn't available and if I could stay in a twin with both beds pushed together. I wasn't too happy as I booked in advance but was assured the next day they would do something about it. As you know two twins together doesn't make a bigger bed for one person as you have to sleep on one single bed really so its not bigger than a double. They couldn't quite understand this though. Next morning I packed my gear ready for my change of room to be told no sorry no rooms you have to stay in this room again. No apology or understanding that I paid for a double but no effort seemed to be made to get me the room I paid for. IT WAS LIKE BAD LUCK TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. I had booked for 3 nights so you think they could of worked something out.

Great location in the centre of HCMC. Staff are good, rooms are clean and well kept. I chose a windowless room to make sure I could not hear the noise from the busy street outside. Great value for money.

i stayed a few times, and this time, shortly after i arrived, the reception sent a complimentary fruit basket to my room, even it was the cheapest room i had picked.
staff always helpful, everything is within walking distance almost, rooms are very clean and well appointed.
fantastic value, great stay each time.

- I remarked "choose higher level rooms" when I did the booking, when I came the 1st night they upgraded my room to superior double with window, but the following night they asked me to move to the room that I booked but at ground level; I refused to take this room and the girl on duty insisted they don't have any 'superior double no window' room at higher level; I threatened to leave and asked hotel to refund my booking money, then the mananger (lady) appeared and told her staff 'the customer was right', and I got a 'superior double no window' room in 5th floor
- water was dripling from the aircon in my room, the hotel sent in 2 workers to fix it up at 10:00am when I was still staying in the room whilst the check out time is 11:00 am

Great location fair enough size of room
Very central location, reasonable price, very clean, lot of halal food and mosque for Muslim travelers just 70 meter away.

I had spent 5 nights here. I like this place. Staff is very nice with reasonable English. Room size is comparatively small than 4 or 5 star hotels but for a one person I think it is good enough. Queen size bed and bath room is very clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you want to book tour book it in backpacker area. Lot cheap than this area.
