Tan My Dinh Hotel has relatively big and clean rooms with windows in a central location. I liked their breakfast buffet. The staff appear to be friendly and efficient. Free wireless internet was available in the rooms and the connection was fast. My only concern was the bed which was a bit hard for my taste.

ben than market and saigon square are adjacent but u find same goods at half price of ben thanh market in saigon square

i was there for 4 nights; from the hotel, it is walking distance to the tourist town and the ben thah market. in a minuite time, you can get taxi or m'bike driver. very convienient location for food or to go to the bustand or to find a tour guide office to arrange your own trip.

The best part about this hotel is location.
Good location, right in the heart of Downtown Ho Chi Minh City.

Cleanliness can be improved, Breakfast is the same almost everyday. The menu could be better and different. The breakfast staffs are great. The room sleepers are too small.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring your sleepers or flip/flops. Don't expect to workout in the exercise room, I did not see one or at least it is limited.

cleanliness is average and can be improved. one elevator and may take time to wait for it. key is old fashion key type not like the new hotel.
btw hotel will charge if you break the card key or lose it. it takes them a day to replace one and not immediate.
