I'd rather stay at the other hotels in le van sy

Enjoyed my stay but it's quite a walk to find food. The tv wasn't working very well. The biggest issue I had was having to wait for hot water to shower. It takes at least 10 mins for the water to get hot but it will only last for awhile. Will I stay here again? Maybe, I really enjoyed the conversations I had with the hotel staff. Besides the water issue, I would stay I enjoyed my stay.
Shopping Tip:
If you exit the hotel and turn right. There's so much clothes you can buy. It's cheap and nice, mostly ladies clothes though.

Good budget hotel in Le Van Say D3 area

A good option for people wanting to stay in District 3. Not ideal for the central HCMC attractions, although we were looking for a place near to family so proximity to Le Van Say st was more important than sightseeing.

with less payment and having a comfortable room that is buget. however, the location is far from market and inconvenience to find a good restuarant. it is near airport with out providing advantage.
