Groups United States of America, April 27, 2013	comfortable quiet low budget hotel quiet, centrally located, comfortable attentive staff 8 enjoyed location, attentive staff, good-sized room with windows, air con, and ceiling fans. we arrived a bit past midnight and immediately after we rang the doorbell, the door opened. the stairs to the room were narrow and unlit at times and they put us on the 4th floor, but the room was wide, clean, with lots of water. the hotel is tucked away in an alley but very accessible from bui vien and pham ngo lao streets. great place to stay for the price.

The location is excellent, even it's located on an alley. However, it's a bit noisy from dog barking, people's talking starting from early morning.
