Great hotel, clean, good area and service

We had a great stay at The Spring. The location was convenient to the markets and pretty central to walking around the sites. We walked pretty much everywhere from here.
The breakfast was fresh, tasty and right amount of food.
Room was a snug fit (expected), clean and had a window (win). Great value and would stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must do a Vespa tour (Vietnam Vespa adventure). We did the night time one and also glimpse of Meekong. Awesome tour, great guides and you see plenty of Vietnam!

Comfortable hotel in great location
Comfortable large rooms and very close to main part of Saigon, just one street back from Dong Khoi, and therefore close to restaurants, museums , shops and river.

We had suite rooms in this hotel which were very spacious, I did not see the standard rooms. We found this to be a comfortable and easy place to stay in the mid range. Breakfast was limited but good and the location was terrific.

Hotel Feature Tip:
If your room is high up do not let the windows open over night as you might find yourself with a bat inside the room.

Travel tip:
You can walk everywhere from this hotel, no need to risk taxis at all.

Perfect location, great value for money

enjoyed my stay at the spring. the staff are mostly english speaking and go out of their way to help. the rooms aren't huge but are very comfortable with wardrobe and drawers for longer stays, a couple of chairs, table, and ensuite. you can walk easily down to the river, into the heart of the city, and to the local markets. breakfast was included and included lovely fruit, coffee and a main course. all good, i'll stay there again next time i visit, no worries.
Nightlife Tip:
A quick walk around the other side of the block is the Blue Gekko Bar and an adjoining restaurant (sorry forgot its name). Try the pork or ostrich BBQ or, if your game, the goats penis.
