Safe hotel, doors locked at 21h00

-The hotel is difficult to find like most places that are hided in the small streets everywhere in Vietnam.
-The owners are friendly and awesome people.
-The water is cheaper overhere than elsewhere.
-Sad te Vietnamese people that lives around this amell streets always start to make heavy noise with sterio installation allready from 06h30 in the morning until 04h00 night time. The noise is heavy and make it for everyone impossible to sleep. When it starts getting quite after 04h00 the cats come outside to jump on the roofs of the houses and annoy everyone.
-The place of the hotel is good, everything you nee is in a few kilometers next to you.
-The hotel is clean with a silent airco (2013)
-There is no possibility to eat, but everywhere around you are small reataurants

The cheap water you can buy 1,5 liter for 6000VND in this hotel.

we booked this hotel at last minute after confirmation and availability issues with other hotel. we were glad to be greeted by the hotel owners and had nice conversation with them during our short stay. the room was clean, cozy and well decorated. the hotel was located in the alley so the noise was reduced quite a bit from the main street. although they did not serve food, we had no problem walking to nearby restaurants and bars such as go2 and crazy buffalo. we had a nice time there and i would recommend this hotel to any travelers.

We picked this hotel because we were only in HCMC for one night and needed to get the bus to Phnom Penh at 6am and this was walking distance to the tour company we booked with.
It is located down an alley which didn't bother us as it was interesting to see how people live in a big city and it's only a two minute walk to the main road.
The owners were not particularly friendly when we arrived and we had to ask for sheets for the bed as there weren't any.
Lots of other reviews had said the hotel was clean- it is not!!!! The sheets were clean, as was the bathroom but everywhere else is our room was covered in dust. The top of the TV has dust so thick you could write your name in it and there were 3 abondoned beer bottles behind the bed. They could do with giving the whole place a proper clean.
It cheap and centrally located so as long as you don't mind sleeping with 10 years of dust, this is the place for you!

An 8 room mini hotel tucked away in an alley off Pham Ngu Lao.
Run efficiently by a lovely couple. We enjoyed it so much we used it a second time on return to HCMC.
