No windows, thin walls, little English

We stayed only one night here whilst in transit from Danang to Phu Quoc via Ho Chi Minh. We arrived late at night and were received in a very smoke filled lobby. The staff spoke little English and so the limited communication we had with them was difficult. There was no hot water when we showered and the room was small and pokey with no window. The walls are incredibly thin, and I had to knock on the door of the opposite room to ask the occupants to keep it down as I could hear their very loud speaking. We did not stay for the breakfast having a very early flight the following day. The staff, although not very able to speak English, seemed helpful at 5am in the morning when we needed to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport.

overall environment is good but the location is approximate 3 km away from main tourist hot spot eg reunification palace , ben tham market etc. if you don't mind go by can which cost you less than $4 should be fine. hotel staff english level is not so good but they are definitely helpful & friendly. just you might take longer time to communicate & express your request to them.

It was OK stay with what I have paid for the night. Several things to consider when choosing this hotel. 1. Rooms do not have windows. Ventilation was not very good especially when the A/C is turned off. 2. The lobby is allowed smoking. When entered the hotel, I got displeased by the air filled with smoking. 3. The counter people are not really fluent in English. 4. If you want near the airport, this may not be good location, it's about 30 minutes by cab. Potentially more when traffic is heavy.

New clean hotel with professional service. The price is also soft.

Good place to stay to walk around in ho chi minh city. Close to cbd. Close to night restaurant that opens till 5 am on Nguyen Thuong Hien st. The hotel is quite new and clean. The price is also very cheap. The only bad thing is that the room is not noise blocked so it is quite noisy in the morning. Overall, it is a good place to stay with reasonable price
