Great Location and nice clean hotel

White Lotus was an unexpected find in an area with many hotels - it's well located near to most things you'll want to see. Walking distances. Clean and a decent if a bit sparse breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. The only downside was the very weak air-con which given we were at the top of the building and got the brunt of the days heat - it just could not cope so the room was quite hot and took ages to cool down a smidgen.

Everything is easily walkable from this hotel

Only stayed one night & that was too long...
Airport pick-up was fuss free & friendly.

Our - premium room, promoted to us as 'having a window' literally just had a window, it was a typical case of almost being able to touch the concrete wall our room looked out upon, not for someone looking for an outlook.
We requested non-smoking, but the room smelled so badly of (fresh) smoke that we needed showers when we moved into our next hotel the following morning... The room wasn't clean, had dirty floors and no bottled water or welcome drinks like we were told. If it wasn't so late when we arrived or we weren't travelling with an infant I would have complained or moved hotels then & there...
Reception night staff seemed to just be passing time & not really concerned with customer service.
In my/our opinion, after staying in several hotels around the country recently, this one is not worth the money you pay

특별할것없는 무난한 보통 호텔. 직원 중 영어를 잘하는 남자 직원이 있어서 많은 도움이 됐다. 아침 식사는 기대 이하였다. 신선하지도 않고 과일도 별로 없고 커피도 전통 베트남식이 아니어서 실망했다.
