Very wheelchair-friendly
Very clean, very spacious, wheelchAir friendly
The stay was awesome, the room is very spacious, convenient to buy local food at An Dong market. The room is designed for wheel chair user (upon request). Normally we need to request for a plastic chair for showering frm other hotelz, but Windsor has already prepared it in the room upon our check in. It really amazes me at their thoughtfulness

Nice hotel, but....
Nice view, friendly staff, and reasonable rate
If you happen to need to do business in the China Town area, the location of this hotel is grear. For sight seeing tourists, it would be O.K. as well. The condition of the room is O.K. The only problem I have found is there are very few restaurants within walking distance, and you would have to go out of your way to find a place to eat, other than within the hotel.

Chinese hotel!
Location, sauna, and steam room!
There were lots of Chinese people at breakfast and they are very noisy.

Less then Average
Shuttle service.
Upon checking in there was a mistake with our rooms, we waited for over 45 minutes before having to ask about the wait. We went and had lunch then returned to check in - still no room available. after another 20 min wait the room was available. However it was not the correct room. We were taken to 4 different rooms before they got our booking correct. And when finally getting there the free wifi wouldn't work. I respect mistakes are made but after making someone wait for over 2 hour to check in you make sure their room is correct, Nice hotel, horrible service!
