5 Star Hotel at 4 Star Price
The price was 50% less than other 5 star hotels in Saigon. The rooms and bathrooms are very mordern and the level of customer service is high. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day and the evening buffet was outstanding. It was very convienent having a shopping center located adjacent to the hotel

This was our 3rd stay at the Windsor Plaza and we have neven been dissappointed. The accomodations, service restaurants, and exercise facilities are all great. The shuttle service to the airport is first class and the price is very reasonable. The views from the hotel are great especially from the roof garden which also has a swimming pool. The free shuttle service to downtown Saigon is an added bonus.

hotel has great location. but you feel cold luxus inside. swimming pool on the roof in 24the floor is small, but aften some trip is very refresing. nice view on all saigon. helpfull staff.

Can Tho on Mekong.

We only stayed one night, as were were in transit, but the Windsor was a nice clean hotel. The service was good. I would stay here again, planning another trip in April.

Great hotel, great service, ok location

i enjoyed my stay very much.situated in a ok location in historic chinatown. very easy to move about thru. free transport service. the hotel is the tallest building in the area so provides city spectacular views at 24 floor, the pool is on the rooltop and is rather small. it is recommend to stay on the executive floors as drinks and snacks can be provided free from 5 to 7 pm. in addition, book any tours is available from the hotel.

great hotel with excellent service. however this hotel is far from center city. there is an hourly shuttle bus to bring guest to ben thaht market. was upgraded to executive room during my stay. breakfast buffet was great.

Perfect hotel but in the wrong spot
Firstly breakfast was amazing, the reception staff were even more helpful than the usual friendly staff you get in Vietnam and as an extra plus also spoke good english, we got a free upgrade to an executive suite because of room availability and were able to keep the room for our whole stay (rather than being switched back as I have experienced in previous hotels)

Free Shuttle bus to 5 points District 1, Room is clean, Good Breakfast, near the mall

the location is quite far away to district 1 (10-15 minutes), not too many shop or food can find out easily, should go numbers of blocks. the promotion package offered not really for 2 adults, no information details we got. but it's ok to stay there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the mekong river and cu chi tunnels tour takes 5-7 hours journey round trip, so tired. standard tour. better is city tour.

Good stay, nice hotel, big room

Really clean, lovely big bedroom. The pool was great but there were only about 10 sunloungers so get there early if you want one!

It is a bit far from sights - need to get shuttle bus, which is free
