Personnel and staff availability.
Breakfast at the 24th floor. High security against Vietnamese people.
Sometimes, there is no hot water in the changing room of the fitness center. I really like this hotel for its modernity, the staff competence and understanding, cleanness and comfort of the rooms.
Romantic dinner available at the Top of the Town restaurant or terrace.
Best discotheque I have seen for a Hotel.

Welcome, reception, top of the town restaurant
and fitness center. Breakfast on the 4th floor: the first time not easy to find what we are looking for, particularly for fried eggs, omelet, coffee and tea. Hotel very modern, rooms are big and comfortable. Top of town restaurant and lounge are very impressive. The discotheque looks like a real one, music, Dj, secure and have fun everytime.
Be careful, the hotel in district 5 i.e. not in the touristic center.

Very disturbing to hear the ultra low frequency from the discotheque down on the 3rd floor. First night was very happy for me due the the exhausting trip and proximity to my shopping needs.
The following night was disturbing due to the low
frequency banging sound transmitted from 3rd floor up to my 17th floor. I asked for the Internet connection, but nobody can solve my problem of connection. I have to buy meal in KFC to get the Internet connection. It costs you US$3 to have a meal in KFC. But you will need US$12++ to use the Internet at your room. I would not stay in this hotel for my business trip anymore.

Great location for shopping. A lot of noise coming from the nightclub. The Windsor plaza hotel is a great hotel in a great location. Especially for those people that like to shop till you drop. But be warned in advanced, there's a nightclub on the hotel grounds that plays load music that travels through all the hotel rooms, and I mean it's noisy from 8.00pm right through to 2.00am in the morning. So for those people that like a quiet night in, this is not the hotel for you to stay at. Other than that it's fine and good value for money.

Clean & non smoking room with standard 5 stars facilities.
Buffer breakfast has a varities of western & local food to enjoy.
No newspaper was provided. Overall services received was good during my stay. I had a clean & non smoking room as requested. The good sound proofing between my room & the next avoid unneccessary noice or disturban.
Hotel staff are helpfull & courteous to the guess in every corner of the hotel.
The price I paid (USD 86.26/night)was very speical & reasonable.

nice that it has a shuttle -the old/moldy smell
-location, which is above a market for about 100usd/night, this place is a 'no'. i'd say this is a 50usd/night place. definitely there are better finds for your money.

Only morning buffet is useful. Whole night have to suffer the music noise of discoteque in the hotel and never want to be again. Moreover their subsidary place like foot massage (fitness center) seems like cheaters too. How they ask to the customer to give the tip by their expected amount even when already paid? The tip must depend on service not fixed one. In the case of Windsor Plaza hotel, they have to train their staffs manners to the customers. And have to pay attention to the midnight music noise & constructing noise too. This is the hotel not quest house. Moreover, how housekeepers talk & laugh loudly during night time in the path.
Shopping Tip : the first floor of hotel have retail market but have to pay attention in negotiating the price.

facing the river and near to Shopping area in Kong Khoi. a bit out of the way for anything. need to take a taxi. Like the hotel as the breakfast is good with lot of different variances. Price of the hotel is a bit high but consider the distance to Dong Khoi is near but still need a taxi ride. Will consider to stay again if I visit HCMC again.

Paid a small amount extra for the executive room which included access to the lounge. It was great with free food and drinks all day, business area, quick check in and free airport transfers. It also included two pieces of laundry per day.
The shuttle bus to the city reliably leaves every hour till 11pm.
Hotel Feature Tip : Hairdesser on the 4rh floor was great and inexpensive.
Shopping centre is in the same building as the hotel, which was very convenient.

There is only one electricity outlet and it is 3 meters from the desk, as is the LAN port. No outlet for shaver in the bathroom.

I really liked district 5. It felt less touristy and we spent a great afternoon wandering around the streets observing the traditional inner city life of a Ho Chi Minh local.
