Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

maybe not on the tourıst traıl but as a frequest vısıtor to vıet nam i can say that once youve stayed ın dıstrıct 1 once the novelty wears off quıck.
thıs lıttle gem ıs located near the aırport whıch helps on taxı costs or just take the 152 and have the hotel pıck you up at the closest stop. tıckets are dong or 20 cents. then just up the road from the hotel take the 28 to the centre of town. dong or 10 cents. and best of all you don,t have to put up wıth all the touts because there aren't any. no pushy restaurants eıther. thıs ıs a refreshıng part of sıagon.
and rıght besıde a major real food stall market wıth long streets of fresh sea food. take ıt back to the hotel and they wıll cook ıt for you. lots of very good street vendors and small restaurants to choose from. all so good!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hıgher up rooms may be a bıt bıgger but water pressure can be an ıssue. Stay low.

Good budget hotel and awesome staff
The staff was fantastically friendly and helpful
8.7
the hotel is located in a non-touristic area, 10-minutes drive from the international airport of ho chi mihn. to get to the city center takes about 15 minutes by taxi and costs not more than 5 dollars. the hotel offers cosy rooms for reasonable price. the hotelkeeper is very nice, she can give you advice on any questions concerning your stay in ho chi mihn, help you with shopping and so on. we liked the attitude so much that stayed at this hotel twice during our trip to vietnam.
Restaurant Tip:
there's a market just around the corner. ask the hotelkeeper to buy and prepare seafood for you - it's delicious!

The moto man I engaged experienced a little problem in finding the hotel. The location of the hotel is quite remote but I was given a motorbike to use free of charge. Std Room is rather small but very clean. This family run hotel was full of smiling staffs, very helpful and I was allowed to check out late with free airport transfer on a motorbike.

i only stayed one night as a stopover but in the short time i was sooooo impressed with the service from the owner of the hotel. she was available at all times and couldnt do enough for me & others who stayed. unbelievable service. the hotel is very basic but hey, what do you expect for $17 a night. i would definitely stay there again should i ever return to that district.

Beware of traffic. Traffic has priority over pedestrians.

Although the hotel location isn't the best one in Saigon, the helpfulness of the hotel owner really comforted us as it was our first time in Vietnam and we arrived late at night. We just called the lady owner and she sent us an pick-up service. We had to pay for the taxi though :-). The hotel is in the middle of the market (we found out the next morning). But overall, it's a nice, well-maintained hotel. Small room but clean and air conditioned, standard toiletries provided also has hot water. The strong point of this hotel is the owner who had been very nice. She even provided us a free moto bike to our next hotel in Pham Ngu Lao (District 1). If we took a cab, it will cost us 100,000VND.

lovely small guesthouse and service with a smile
located in a residential area where is easy to see common vietnameses' life

A good family-owned guesthouse which values for money.Quiet room with ac,windows and hot water for bath. Only 3 flours but has an elevator. Plenty of green plants in the small garden and at the entrance. The owner of the hotel, a mid-aged chinese vietnamese lady, is very nice and willing to help. She sent a moto to pick us up at the airport and helped to plan a 3-hour-city-tour for us for the following day, although our arrival was 11:30 pm late.
However, the hotel is near the airport and maybe 15 minutes far from downtown, and since Vietnam is so humid there're some impecfections in terms of cleanliness.
