A fairly new hotel with designs of traditional Vietnamese rice field villages, guests are treated to a fusion of modern amenities and classic charm. Ideal for couples and honeymooners as its location near the city center and country side provides quiet days and convenience. Bicycle rental is available for visiting Cua Dai Beach which is roughly three kilometers away. Go on a nature trek and pass by the Thu Bon River and amazing green rice fields. The Glory Hotel is surrounded by a gorgeous garden which makes spending days by the pool very pleasant. Enjoy a few cocktails from the bar or order fresh local seafood from the restaurant menu. Building sadly in need of maintenance. The hotel needs serious deep renovation, and the staff need training in hospitality. Many of the doors need to be re-fitted and the plumbing needs serious overhaul. The restaurant needs to be totally reorganized and refitted, and the menu rewitten. The reception staff need to be trained in basic honesty. I would never recommend that any of my friends stay in such a disappointing hotel.Our experience at this hotel soured our entire Vietnam holiday and it should be removed from any promotional listings.
Restaurant Tip : Stay away from the restaurant.

The facade of the hotel displays a warm welcoming feel. The staff do not care about guest comfort, are poorly trained,display an indifferent attitude to guest's requests. The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and cleaning. Our first room had a ceiling which leaked from the bathroom above, and the external door could not be locked (it had worn off the track).The second room could not be locked either. The restaurant was poorly run and offered a limited menu. The "business centre" was filthy with one old and dirty computer. There was several bits of broken computer gear strewn around the room. Our phone did not work.The pool could not be used because of construction waste washing onto the pool surround. At checkout we were advised that we could only pay our bill in US dollars because the hotel did not take credit cards. There is something terribly wrong with this whole hotel and I would never stop there again.

Try visiting Cargo Restaraunt; it's not on the main street by the river, but on one running parallel. Get a table upstairs overlooking the river. Food is great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sightsee on your own--hire a motorbike as the morning guided tours will probably be too long- there's not a great deal to see.
