Try visiting Cargo Restaraunt; it's not on the main street by the river, but on one running parallel. Get a table upstairs overlooking the river. Food is great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sightsee on your own--hire a motorbike as the morning guided tours will probably be too long- there's not a great deal to see.

Breeze ways at back of the rooms and double doors onto the balcony made the rooms cool.Bikes to ride to the beach, but you would need to be fit.

Give the in house laundry a miss as it is much cheaper just up the road for about 9 or 10 dong per kilo.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take advantage of their free bicycles. Nothing flash but a good way to get around for free.
