Staff were brilliant, friendly and remembered our names. Breakfast buffet was very good. Huge bed and high ceiling in room. We were glad we chose Hai Au! It was great to have a swimming pool in the hotel - first time in Vietnam - we made use of that fact.

I would recommand this hotel for the very nice staff and good location. They speak a very good english and they gave me a lot of useful information about the city!
It is a good adress for this range of price. Really esy to get both to the beach and the center.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hai Au Hotel, it was a good base for our family to enjoy the culture of Hoi An and nothing was too much trouble for the staff there. They went out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating.

We are a couple from Australia and stayed in Hoi An for 2 nights at the Hai Au Hotel.. It is just outside the old town but only about 10 mins walk away. The staff are really friendly and very happy to help with anything. It has a small swimming pool, the breakfast is good and they also do a range of food for lunches and dinner. The rooms are large, airy, with fridge, tv aircon, good bathroom.

Lovely stay in Hoi An. The staff are really lovely and very helpful. They organised our onward journey for us with minimal fuss. The breakfast is good with a lot of choice, the pool is nice, and the room clean. The bed was huge, which didn't leave a whole lot of room for anything else - but it didn't matter as it was nice to have such a big bed :)
