A cozy hotel on Ly Thuang Kiet Street, perfect for tourists as it is close to the city center and Cua Dai Beach. With roughly a five minute walk to the center of Hoi An, visiting nearby venues like Hua Citadel and Bach Dang is also possible. The quaint yet meticulously decorated guestrooms include satellite television, air-conditioning, and refrigerators. Sample Asian and Western cuisines from the Hoai Than Restaurant. Large room

Horrible service from staff at receptionist Very poor breakfast

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. There are some positives: The hotel is located very close to the old city so it is a very short walk to the beautiful town. Rooms are large but very basic, very small TV which put on the bad location. It's hard to see. The room is quite dirty. The breakfast is very poor. Bad and unfriendly service from staff.

The pool was a great relief after a hot day.

The shower head was broken and had low water pressure in the room. Could not go to another room. We had to ask for more food during the breakfast time when fruit and bread had not been replaced. Would not stay again and would advise others not to stay either.

We were offered an upgrade from our standard room to the next size up and would be charged extra, we looked at both rooms and their standard rooms was very small and had a funky smell. The next rooms size available was great and we accepted. The shower head was broken and had low water pressure, we were told we could not change rooms. We had to ask for additional fruit and bread when these had run out during the breakfast period. The hotel staff also were both nice and rude depending on who you spoke to. Loved Hoi An, will be back but not at this resort.

Shopping Tip : The shopping, especially tailors, were fantastic. We had a shoe shop and tailors that we had been told about and both were terrific. The old quarter does not allow motor cycles after hours and so the streets are wonderful to walk down.
