Large room with seaview, clean and comfortable, A/C working good.Free shuttle for city visits.
Staff at front desk not very helpful and friendly. Answering the phone instead of helping us etc. Breakfast quite ordinary and staff did not pay any attention...
This hotel is very high priced, probably the most overpriced during two weeks of travelling from north to south in Vietnam. Not very helpfull staff and just ordinary breakfast. There was some construction works as well...Staff unintressted and seemed to be bored of having guests. Another Thailand perhaps? We can not recommend this hotel!

We had a large and lovely beach front room in the Vietnamese style, huge bed and bathroom. Location was excellent and the free shuttle bus to town a bonus. We had two dinners there, both excellent, service was prompt and friendly. Breakfast buffet offered all the usual choices and more.
Delighted with the beach front room and the location of the hotel. Conveniently they run a free shuttle service to the Hoi An Hotel in town (about 5km away) making it easy to take in the quaint french influenced streets, sample delicious food and purchase curios. A river cruise for 1 hour is recommended, US$10 the going rate plus a $2.00 tip. Meals at the hotel were excellent, breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice. At 7.45 each night, two boats leave the hotel boatshed to distribute coloful lighted lanterns which floated gently along the river. Will definitely choose this hotel again. Staff were helpful and internet was free.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a river cruise (about US$10) for 1 hour. The french bakeries are excellent.

Excellent beach and thats what we were focussed on as a family of 3. We also had a good river view which felt tranquil and private, a cool retreat in the heat of the summer.
The hotel looked a little tired. Beach towels were really flimsy, but the beach staff were nice. The breakfast got a little dull after 6 days.
On the whole we enjoyed staying here. We liked the river view room which made a difference as it felt private. We got our laundry done across the road. The restaurant at the hotel did not look interesting or offer value so we went to Hoi An which was good to do. We sometimes used the hotel shuttle which was nice to have. The Zen Spa massages were good and a pleasure to have. The staff at the Spa were really nice and welcoming.
Shopping Tip : Yaly is a good place to get clothes made.
