Worth every penny
Great location between the river and the beach, lovely rooms, great staff and good breakfast
9
We arrived early in the morning at 6 am and got immediately a room to shower and rest before we were later moved to a room with a better view to the river. The hotel is lovely located between beach and river, many seafood restaurants nearby in walking distance. Breakfast buffet is great, the whole staff is attentative and friendly, in summary a very good deal for the money!

Perfect Location, Undergoing Renovations.
2 Pools, Great River Views, Walk to Seafood Restaurants and Beach, Friendly Efficeint Staff.
8.3
We booked quite late through Agoda and were pleasantly surprised when upgraded to a suite room at no extra cost. Stayed at this hotel last May and had a wonderful time. This time however the stay was not quite as good. Perhaps due to the quiet season, the breakfast was a bit of a let down with not much variety. The rooms are looking a little bit dreary although clean. I think the fact that renovations are taking place means that the management has realised the rooms need a bit of an update.
The gym could do with a bit more room and equipment. Otherwise the hotel is great and the river views are great. It is literally over the road from Cua Dai Beach and Seafood Restaurants. Great spot and $5.00 taxi into Hoi An.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Nha Hang Khai or No. 3 on the beach for great fresh seafood. Has wine for sale too.

Hoi An Beach Resort is located on a river with a short walk across the street to the beach. It is very quiet, which I enjoyed. It may be too quiet for many people, but it suited me. There is very little near by. Most everything is closed by 22:00. You will have to travel about 1/2 hour to get to down town. The staff was very good. The rooms are just ok. The reason to stay there would be the river view and the beach across the street.

i enjoyed my stay at hi an beach resort. the beach and river are very nice. i had a river view room which had a nice view. the room was not great but it was adequate. the beach is only a short walk across the street. the staff are very friendly and try be helpfully. the location is very quiet so if you want any type of nightlife you will have to go into town. 20-30 min taxi ride.

friendly staff, nice big rooms
staff great, pools fantastic, nice beach, great complimentary bus to town
8
overall, we really liked our stay here. we were going to only stay for 2 days, but extended it to 7. the staff were great with our 1 year old, often taking her off our hands so we could eat in peace. the rooms were a good size and clean. bathrooms ok. pool great, nice private beach. what was excellent though was the complimentary shuttle service into town, we liked not being right in teh centre of hoi an but we could be in there no problem with the bus. would stay here again.
Shopping Tip:
A really good tailor out by the beach (especially for women) is the 2nd tailor down from the 1st restaurant opposite the side entrance into resort. (entrance for conference)

Great rooms but unenthusastic service
Big, well outfitted rooms

Breakfast is really poor for a hotel of this price point, unappetizing fruit, stodgy bread. Staff are all uninterested or trying to scam you. You would be better off at a little backpacker joint in town and cycling or motoring out to the beach. Rooms are big and done up well and hotel looks pleasant.

Great resort would stay here again
beach, great rooms, pool, restaurant
8.7
Fantastic relaxing resort with great facilities. Would stay here again. Nice to be out of Hoi An, but with free access to Hoi An through their free shuttle service. Cheap taxi ride too. Beach nice, but pool nicer. Restaurant lovely. We really liked it here.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The 2nd tailor down from the beach across the road from the side entrance to the resort was excellent. Run by 2 sisters, their quality was superb.

the location of the resort between the river and sea was excellent! added bonus was the free shuttle bus. we used the dining facilities as well as the breakfast buffet and found the food to be excellent, fresh, beautiful presentation and menu was varied and good value for money. all staff were fantastic and we will certainly be recommending the resort to our frirnds and colleagues should they be heading to vietnam.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the walking tour of ancient hoi an was good value and very informative.
