hoi an hotel's location is perfect. close to all attractions, shopping and beach. the staff are very professional, friendly and service is nothing but the best. food is excellent quality. highly recommended. will stay there time and time again.

The rooms and the hotel itself are large, so you don't feel uncomfortable

It's a nice hotel. The stuff is friendly. Breakfast is very good. Lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant could be expensive. The rooms are nice but on the eastern side of the hotel a new road is being built and there is a school near to the hotel so the rooms on the eastern side could be noisy.

beautiful old world style hotel
the grounds were spacious with beautiful scenery and flora

lazing around the pool was a delight and the satff were very friendly and helpful
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the traditional dancing down on the river at night together with the local version of bingo was a hoot

The best hotel I stayed in while in Vietnam
easily the pool area and garden grounds are the best

I just loved it, so relaxing to be there and the breakfast options were really good. The flowers and old style setting was my favourite thing
Nightlife Tip:
see the river front night life with the dancers near the Japanese Bridge and the Vietnamese bingo singers having a ball with the crowd

A nice resort centrally located in downtown Hoi An. Walking distance to town area where all the attractions are yet tranquility awaits while back in the hotel.
The hotel spa and salon is quite a disappointment and does not live up to its 4 star rating.
We booked 2 junior suites and was upgraded to a spacious penthouse suite which consists of 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom and a large living area.

We had a lovely experience including a medical emergency to which the staff responded proffessionally and with care.
Medical support via Hospital was as good as you could get anywhere in the world, first class.

very well located and maintained - nice vietnamese influenced design. the staff were always helpful friendly and patient. definitely best located in hoi an, and very good value considering the space, gardens, pool and very generous buffet breakfast

Nice colonial style hotel but next to noisy school

Hotel is in historical colonial style. We had a room to mthe back of teh hotel and next door is a very noisy school where kids get dropped of by motorbike from 6 am in the morning. Then tehy staqrt gthe drill by drums and megaphone speeches, so not much sleeping in possible.
Staff is very friendly and helpful and recommended us their uniform taylor. We were very happy with the clothes we got made there.
Breakfast is good and plenty to choose from.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hoi An is beautyful and a shopper's paradise.

there must be excellent feng shui at the hoi an hotel. we both felt soooo relaxed from the moment we were welcomed.
about an easy 10 minute walk to the river and market (which is next to the river).
full american breakfast with local flavor if you so choose.
they also we're helpful in arranging a taxi for us back to da nang as well. one more thing, the airport at da nang is new and excellent food past security.
enjoy the hoi ann hotel - we sure did!!

had a fantastic time at this hotel. we were a bit concerned as we'd come from the ha an hotel, which is one of the finest in town. however, the hoi an was brilliant. modern design, great layout, spacious with room to relax. highly recommend it.
