Great location, good service
Right in the town, close to shops and restaurants
7.3
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff are helpful and polite. Our room was right next to a construction site, which meant it was not very peaceful or private, however overall we were happy and would return again.
The only complaint we have is that the rooms seemed to collect a lot of dirt (the floors were always black) and the floors did not appear to be mopped each day.
Restaurant Tip:
The prices at the hotel restaurants are a little pricey. There are loads of amazing places to eat in the town which have better food at a fraction of the cost. We would recommend eating out.

Stylish hotel very close to the old quarter
Spacious rooms with modern facilities and beatiful grounds.

Our room at the back of the hotel adjoined a busy street and at school. Traffic and school noise from 6am to 9pm was the only negative. If we had a room overlooking the pool we would gladly return.

Nice Hotel. Great Pool & Beauty Spa Facilities
Pool, Beauty Spa, Gardens
9.3
We stayed at the Hoi An Hotel for four nights and had a great time. It is made up of three buildings in a large garden area which is beautifully maintained. The rooms are modern and well equipped and all the staff are very nice. We would stay here again.

we have checked quite many hotels in hoi an and hoi an hotel was the only one which is kind of "resort" style and it is in the city. all other resort hotels are far away from the city.

Great Location, a little noisy
7.7
The hotel was in a very convenient position on the edge of the Hoi An main area, making it within walking distance to all the Hoi An city area. The highlight for this hotel was the great cooking class we booked for that included the cycling tour to the vegetable village. Our chef was fantastic, enthusiastic, warm, and entertaining. Noise was an issue though, as occasionally there was loud music playing at night.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Cooking Trip is great.

Historic Hotel in an even more historic location..
The weather was hot and the swimming pool was exactly what we needed after a day on the road.
7.7
the hoi an hotel is just a dash away from the centre of ancient hoi an city.(yes, there are a few roads to cross!)
we were in the old building of the hotel with it's beautiful wide shuttered, windows, wide screen telly and marble bathroom.
we are now considering a tour to cambodia with hoi an express they are wonderfully organised and personal ( and they have great staff and great cars!) i'm in...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Most day we toured around with Mr Minh and his tour company "Hoi An Express" in a (unexpectly, fabulous) black Compessor Mercedes Benz. I think the local were a bit disappointed to see a couple of shaggy old Australians as the occupants. We had a wonderful time with Minh. He is definately on my Christmas card list. His tour company ( and HIS company) are well worth seeking out. We are now considering a tour to Cambodia with Hoi An Express they are wonderfully organised and personal ( and they have Great STAFF and GREAT cars!) I'm in...

Filled beyond capacity
Reception provided a toothbrush when I asked for one
6.7
The internet was non-working pretty much all the time, even very early in the morning.
The breakfast restaurant was huge but I had to search for an empty table, the selection was mediocre — I suggest you eat out.
The place was filled with old people and I was driven to my room in a golf cart — I felt like at a retirement home.
I had emailed the reception my plane tickets for printing, but when I asked for them, the clerk was unable to find them because “they get many emails” and wanted me to email them again (which was challenging since their wi-fi wasn’t working).

our room was modern and light with a great bathroom.
the room was of a high standard and very clean.
the staff were very pleasant to deal with.
this hotel is in the best location in town for eating and shopping.
would highly recommend.
Shopping Tip:
If you like to haggle go to the local markets to get garments made.
The hotel has agreements with the bigger tourist shops and will recommend you go there.
Go an see An in shop 52 for a good deal.

Relaible, well-located hotel
Cleanliness, friendly staff, beautiful grounds
9
We spent 3 nights at the Hoi An Hotel and were satisfied in every way with our room, the high quality of the staff, the excellent swimming pool and beautiful grounds. The room rate seemed well within the normal range for a hotel of this quality in Vietnam. We especially appreciated the close proximity to the river and the main shopping area of Hoi An. Everything was an easy walk. The breakfast buffet, especially the array of local fruits was very pleasing. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hoi An.,
