The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The Hotel has a wonderful atmosphere
The pool area needs a little attention.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and we were so impressed with the charm and atmosphere that we tried to change our booking to HCM City to stay another night. Th staff were lovely, food was very good, and it was a great place to chill out and relax.

A little worn in appearance
These hotel rooms were a bit small bit had all the amenities one would need. The breakfast buffet had a good selection on the top floor of the hotel with scenic views. Pool area looked nice and a spa was located on site. Also, a game room with pool table was popular with the kids.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you stay and you are under the Apsara dance floor and restaurant. Not a problem if you're a sound sleeper

Expensive by Vietnam standards
The Hoi An Pacific Hotel is located 1km from the old town and 2km from the beach. There are better located hotels in Hoi An, but not to this standard, and with a free shuttle bus getting around isn't a problem.
The bar is expensive at nearly $3 for a beer when out in Hoi An it costs less than a $1. This is a 4 Star hotel so the expenses should be expected. And for a four star hotel the rooms are a bargain.
We booked the Hotel as when we arrived in Da nang the rainy season had begun early and we expected to be stuck in the hotel a lot whilst we where in Hoi An. The hotel has excellent facilities to keep you entertained if you are stuck or just want to relax by the pool for the afternoon.
The Hoi An Pacific is an excellent hotel and the rooms are reasonable priced for a 4 star hotel We really enjoyed our stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The best way to see the real Vietnam is to hire a motorbike. I took a tour with Hoi An Motorbike Adventures and found the guide to be informative and entertaining. I saw cham temples that were in better condition than anything at My Son yet were never seen by tourists. To see the real Vietnam you need to get off the beaten path and this is the best way to do it.
