Fantastic,care free & ease of communication skills
Friendly & helpful staff with good English, centrally located ( a short scooter ride to shops & beach) & pleasant pool area.

Our experience was exceptional. staff member took the initiative to rebook our air ticket to Hanoi for 1pm as we were stranded on Cham Is the night before our 8am flight because of bad weather.
