Nice hotel. Great views from roof-top restaurant
Lovely pool area and the majority of staff were friendly
7
Location of the hotel was a little out of town, but that didn't bother us. We used the hotel bikes to ride in, which took approx 10 minutes. It was also a nice 20-30 minute walk. We discovered that the hotel bikes were not what was shown on their website, although similar, they were nowhere near that new (also different colour from those on their website). On a couple of occasions the tires were also flat.
Front of house staff were lovely, however some of their staff at breakfast could learn to smile and be more attentative. Breakfast selection was not too bad.
Overall, a nice, value-for-money hotel with a great view of Hoi An from the roof-top restaurant!
Restaurant Tip:
If you turn right once out of the hotel, head straight down the road, over the bridge and there's a couple of great restaurants set on the river. The outlook is great, and we watched a lightening storm while having a great dinner.

Awesome pool, big and clean, friendly staff.
The pool was big, clean, and perfect after a hot day shopping/sightseeing.

we stayed in a pool villa, big, clean, comfortable. the level 6 restaurant was ok, but nothing special. breakfast was ordinary.
the staff were always friendly and most had good english. nothing was a problem and everyone seemed happy. there is a bus that runs to ancient town and the beach every hour, so getting around is cheap and easy. we walked (about 10 minutes to ancient town) about twice a day. it's a good way to see all the shops and people, but you can even use the hotels bikes.
our only complaint was that there is no air-con or even fans in the foyer/bar, so even when trying to rleax and have a beer you are sweating in the humidity. how hard can it be to install a few fans in a hotel foyer?
otherwise we were happy with our stay and would stay here again.
Restaurant Tip:
ancient town has many famous and world class eateries. cargo, morning glory and tam tam cafe were among our faves. prices around us$3 for entrees, us$8 mains. expensive by vietnam prices, but some of the best food we have ever eaten. definitely worth paying for the gourmet experience.

Nice hotel and convenient
Good rooms, easy to get around
7.7
Stayed here during a triathlon and generally easy to get food and travel around here. Quite near the beaches and also easy to get to Hoi An town. Painless experience. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go see Hoi An town!

Good hotel, but loud on the top floor
Such nice people, close to the town
7.3
i really liked this hotel, nothing really special on the rooms, but fine. the people at the hotel were the nicest! i even had a medical problem that needed a doctor and they had one that they called to come and see me at the hotel! i've never had a house call before! the only problem was that we stayed on the 5th floor, which has the kitchen above it! it was noisy until late into the night and then again in the morning. (think:chairs sliding across the floor for hours!)

Service is terrible in this hotel. Room is small compare with 30 m2 . I think they don't have enough staff and they are not friendly at all. Reception close after 10PM so you can't ask for any service after that. They charged for mini bar which i ddn't use and of course i refuse to pay for that. I will not reccommend this hotel to anyone.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I like the An Bang beach which is around 4km from Hoi An Town. Beautiful beach there and a lot of good restaurant and bar on the beach. Heaven

Lovely Hotel - With exceptional customer service
The rooms are large, clean and it's all about the service

from the service on arrival through to the ease of the checkin and checkout, make this an excellent hotel with no strings attached. which can be hard in vietnam.

this hotel was ok, but i think you could probably find better value hotels in hoi an than the pacific hotel.
the room was fine, not that large, but clean and comfortable, albiet dated. the staff were quite friendly and their airport transfer service more than the standard rate and worth it for the convenience.
the gym is a joke. the pool was ok, about 25m, with maybe 10 recliners around the outside. unfortunately the towels provided were stained and full of holes.
the breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it did the trick.

centrally located between the beach and ancient town wher they make the suits and shoes. very nice pool area, but the drinks are a little expensive in vietnam standards. hotel is big and flash, but showing a few signs of wear. staff are friendly and speak reasonable english. tours and travel arrangments can be made from this hotel at a small fee. buffett breakfast was of a good standard.
