The hotel staff is friendly and competent, the pool fantastic, the food delicious (an elaborate breakfast buffet is included), the room is well appointed and spacious and the grounds are very attractive.
A la carte food was expensive.
Loved Hoi An Trails. Push bikes are available to ride the 1 km to the beautiful beach. Across the street, Ms. Lan, who owns a small grocery store/laundry service will take you.
Restaurant Tip : Try the street food in Hoi An: Hoi An pancake, cau lau noodle/salad dish ( a local speciality), and bahn my sandwiches with their contrasting flavors.
Also had several articles of clothes made by Ha at Minh Phuong 69 Phan Boi Chau Street.

Nice building. Nice Pool. Good People. Nice breakfast. Maid service great. Nice beds. Nice air conditioning.
Loved our three night stay. Beautiful hotel. Nice staff. Wonderful rooms, big and soft beds. Maids came twice a day and did a great job. Pool was wonderful. Only downsides were the hot tub was not hot and the location was 'ok'. They provide a bus to the beach and old down Hoi An at specific times which helps. The bikes the hotel provides where old and rusty, but worked. Ended up renting a bike across the street. Would stay here again!

v clean spacious rooms, helpful staff, nice pool
some staff speak poor english, not much
Stayed here for a week and had a very enjoyable time. The hotel has an intimate feel with lovely grounds and the staff are very helpful. The pool is big and clean. The shutlle to Hoi an was well run and was always on time, if we ver missed it it was only a 3 dollar cab ride home. We upgraded to a deluxe and had a bath and shower, also had a sofa area. Our stay was great value for money and we would definately return
Restaurant Tip : lots of great place to eat so head to HOI an old town rather than eat at hotel ( which is more expensive)
