- Very spacious rooms
- Well decorated
- very good breakfast - The hotel is 1km from the beach and 3km from the town
- Only one free internet acces PC for the whole hotel
- Prices of cocktail and beers at the bar is etremely expensive
- Price for an airport transfer is expensive (18$) ... you can easely find a transfer for 10$ in town We stayed there 4 nights and the main advantage is that the rooms are very big and confortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy to sell you their airport transfer or tours compared to some budget hotel we went during our trip to vietnam.
The hotel is at 1km from the beach so that can easely be made by bicycle that they lend for free. To go in town, you can use their free shuttle that leaves every 2hours but you can also rent a motorbike at Miss Lan shop (just accros the street) for approx 100 000 VND

Pool, Day spa, Shuttle bus, Staff friendliness. Hot water supply to showers... it was winter (with some cold days) and we kept running out. Only one computer to service all guest internet requirements. Excellent service from first contact re transfers til they waved us goodbye. Buffet breakfast good, especially since it was included. Not pushy with tours. Day spa girls really good tho English limited. Laundry is expensive, go over the road. Free bicycle use. Shuttle bus service into town is regular and reliable (3km) taxi only 28000d if you miss it and the drivers all know the resort. Shuttle to private beach also (1km). Pool is great. Safe in room. Big clean room and bathroom, clean linen tho extra bed was hard.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Miss Lan across road for laundry (US$1/kg). Hai Scout Cafe for a cooking class, Cargo Club for pastries..! $10/pax for day trip to My Son Sanctuary, pick up from hotel, boat trip back, light lunch, stop at Kim Bong Village, guide included (admissions to sanctuary 60000d additional) - hotel will arrange - good value day out.

The restaurant let the hotel down. The rooms were spotless and looked beautiful but the bed and the chairs were so hard. The staff happily put some padding on the mattress for us.
Travel tip : Taxi is only $2.00 to the town or you can use the hotel shuttle bus which runs hourly. Cyclos are a great way to travel around town and relatively cheap.
