Our stay was reasonably comfortable. Certain things could be improved e.g. Bar staff didnt have a cock screw, bar staff in the evening couldnt speak English ( I tried to buy ice). No top sheets are given.

Very relaxing hotel with beach 15 minutes walk

We had a wonderful stay and wished we could have stayed longer, so relaxing and enjoyable, staff were very friendly, the only negative is that the rooms are due for a makeover as they are pretty old and smell mildewy and the air conditioner didn't work very well, but would definately stay there again, Hoi An was the highlight of our holiday
