Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Very nice beach but disappointed by staff and food
5.3
Nice, quiet and clean beach front. Good location to visit Hoi An. Gardens are not well maintained. Pools are old style. Food at breakfast is the same every day, fruit juices are not fresh. Staff unprofessional (make you sign bills without the amount to pay, get commissions from taxi driver, proposes airport transfers cheaper than the hotel official rate). Big cockroach found in bathroom.

Very relaxing, quiet environment
I would say the location is one of the best things about this hotel, close to Hoi An town, just 15 minutes away. The private beach is amazing.

This is one really good resort and value for the money. Couples who are looking for a quiet relaxing time, this is your resort. But if you're looking for some nightlife then stay away because it's practically dead at night. The restaurant is ridiculously expensive as with almost all hotels but food is not worth the money. Breakfast was mediocre with not too much variety. If you like to have a dip on the pool, go to the garden pool one, it's better and less crowded. The beach is amazing, not that crowded because the next resorts are hundreds of meters away. Staff are very friendly and always helpful. Overall, i would rate this resort as 8/10.

Mostly relaxing and a great beach
Great beach/ Tranquil setting/ Great staff

My partner got food poisoning from one of the meals we had at this hotel and spent the last 4 days in bed and has subsequently spent 4 days in hospital back in Australia.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very lumpy. The staff did their best to help by providing additional pillows and blankets under the sheets.
I would suggest they have their breakfast inside and not outside in the rain!

Not bad for the money
Good value villa, nice beach, nice pool
6.7
We paid for a pool villa which was a very good size and, apart from minor issues (like having to plug the kettle in on a low coffee table) suited us well. It was described as a 2 bedroom villa which it wasn't really as the 2nd bedroom was also the living area and not private at all as to access the bathroom from the main bedroom you had to go down the stairs through the 2nd bedroom. The stairs were totally open on one side so not at all child friendly. It was a good standard though - good sized rooms and bathroom (marble), very clean and with a lovely small pool. Ours was garden view but about 2 minutes' walk to the beach. The beach was very nice with good comfy loungers. The pool was nice too though my husband thought not too clean. Breakfast was pretty good with cereal, cooked breakfast, omelette, pancakes, cakes, fruit etc. One meal at the restaurant was ok but pool bar very poor. Limited English, REALLY slow and SO many mistakes plus probable food poisoning from one meal. Hotel shuttle ran on time but often full. Taxis to/from Hoi An abourt VND 130000 (£4) on meter. Stay here for good value villa accommodation but don'texpect too much from the hotel which is a little shabby and staff coud definitely do with more training

Pleasant and quiet
Attention of staff to the customer, excellent beach and quiet place
7.3
Pleasant. The level of English of staff is a serious barrier s barrier for effective communication. Othererwise, staff and management have been very attentive. Cocktails at the bar were OK, but nothing impressive. I definitely recommend NOT taking a tour from the hotel , as the guides speak poor english and hardly tell you anything. So tours are not good value for money. Massage place is also nice, but be careful with the masseuses as they harldy speak english, so you need to place any special requirements in advance.

Clean, quiet and peaceful setting on the beach
Well laid-out, lots of privacy, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff, overall a lovely experience
9.3
We booked Le Belhamy for 3 nights in late February, staying with our two boys (5 & 7) in a family villa with pool. The resort is well laid out, with villas and rooms dotted around the property, two different pool areas, in addition to the private pool in our villa. It was pretty quiet at the resort, being mid-week and not high season, so we had our choice of pools, deck chairs, beach chairs, etc. The beach was only swimmable on the last day due to high waves, but the beach itself was clean and the kids had fun running in and out of the waves. The pools were not heated, but warmed up in the sun and felt perfect (although the one in our villa was more shaded, so didn't get as warm). There was a kids club in the hotel, but we never saw a soul there and the kids didn't really want to go (it had a bit of an abandoned feel to it). The spa was lovely for a massage, and also very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful, with options for both Asian and Western European/North American tastes. The staff didn't have a lot to do as it was so quiet, so they were very helpful and friendly, especially with the kids. There is a free shuttle into Hoi An, although the times are not always convenient so we took a taxi twice which was cheap. The only real negative we have to say about the hotel is that the beds are rock hard. They are basically hard foam slabs stuck on wooden frames. They were hard enough that sleeping on our side sometimes made our limbs fall asleep due to lack of circulation. However, the rest of the hotel made up for slightly uncomfortable nights and we would definitely look at coming back again (maybe with mattress toppers in our luggage!).
