Comfortable hotel in good location.

This was a pleasant hotel with a small swimming pool. The reception and dining room staff were helpful and spoke good English. Free bicycle hire was a boon. Hoi An is a lovely place and this hotel was ideally placed near the town but far enough away to be quiet. Initially we found some areas,especially the pool area, were not tidied and towels were not replenished. Some of the decor needs refreshing. We had a lovely stay there and would certainly stay at the Long Life Riverside again.

Great location. Quiet area, great shopping
Only 2 min walk to shopping, food, evereything but a quiet location.

The staff are wonderful, smile laugh and say hello. Nothing is a problem. The pool is great in a city hotel. relaxing and private. our room was a 3 room plus large spa bathroom over looking the pool. perfect for 4 nights after rushing around vietnam in smaller rooms with no pool.

Nice spot in Hoi An

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are large for 2 friends sharing- more like a suite. Large bathroom! The breakfast is large and buffet style. The hotel has bicycles you can rent. The staff is very friendly, but we did have a problem. We left one bag for the day in the lobby after we checked out. When we came back to catch our flight- the luggage was gone. They made several phone calls and finally located he bag, which was taken with another tour group 3 hours away to Hue. They had it sent back the next day- we almost missed our flight trying to locate the bag.

A delightful friendly hotel
The Long Life Riverside Hotel is centrally located in the shopping and restaurant area of Hoi An. The hotel has a good supply of free bicycles that you can use to ride around the characterful streets

The room was more like an appartment than a hotel room. Big living area and a seperate large bathroom with a jacuzzi free standing bath and shower cubicle .
Located 2 mins from the main shopping tourist and restaurant area just over the river.
Hotel has a small swimming pool which gets a bit of sun during the day.
Overall great value for money.

Great Location and value for money
Location,close to all restaurants and main tourist attractions,friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with spa baths.

We had a wonderful stay and I would stay there again on future visits. There was nothing to complain about, we were delighted with all aspects of our stay. Particularly enjoyed the lovely buffet breakfast.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
