Clean spacious rooms with two balconys. Lovely complex and nice pool (which we couldn't use due to weather!) Nice umbrella's provided in the hotel for torrential rain (useful!). The shuttle to and from the town was very helpful and flexible due to low season. On arrival the hotel was in darkness, and the lights were kept at a minimum due to low number of guests in off season. Renovation work was being done during our stay with no apology for the inconvenience. The restaurant and bar wasn't open due to low season, luckily Miss Ha next door was extremely good value and happy to stay open late! Beds were made of foam, so not very comfortable. The hotel is located between the town and the beach, and given the rain it was only an option to go to the town, somewhere central may be more suitable in low season!
Restaurant Tip : Next door, to the left of the hotel when exiting, the little restaurant which Miss Ha runs is excellent!

Really friendly staff, Nice hotel looks amazing and has all the facilities you could ask for. Good Location The beds are pretty hard not that easy to sleep on for a westener. It was A great Location, right in between the the beach and the centre of Hoi An. I would stay here again for sure. The beach in Hoi An is one of if not the best in Vietnam! All the room had a really big balcony and grrat views of the gardens around. The pool was really nice but we hardly used it because the beach is so close.
Travel tip : Rent a moto when your in Hoi An it's the best way to get around and see the whole place. You can rent them from the hotel nut they are cheaper elsewhere.

The pool after a hot day at the market and the shuttle bus. Not a bad hotel breakfast was good room was good and had a free shuttle service to markets and the beach which was very convenient, but the staff let it down and need to get over it and realize they are in customer service.
I'd never stay again even though it was a good Hotel. To be honest couldn't wait to pack my bag.

The hotel is landscaped beautifully. The room was larger than I expected. THE STAFF was very attentive and did a wonderful job. The pool needed some attention, not very clean but was acceptable. The hotel is located about halfway between the beach and the City center, so it was convenient for us. We rented bikes one day from the place next door for about $1.00usd a day. We were able to ride to both the beach and and city center, so they are pretty close. The breakfast was pretty good, but a little redundant. (STAYED 6 night) There is a wonderful little restaurant next door to the hotel called 386 restaurant i think. The food was great, Authentic and inexpensive. If i returned to HOI AN i would stay in this hotel again.
Nightlife Tip : Not a lot of night life in Hoi An, Da Nang is better for that, but in the city center "Before and Now" (something like that) is Pretty Good

The staff is extremely nice and carefull. We were sick and we felt like home when we came back from the hospital. We were really taken care of at this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a cab from the bus tation to the hotel for just a 1.50 $.

About three kilometers out of town but free courtesy bus and really cheap for taxis anyway.

Beautiful pool and facility Only on 2 days there was breakfast, otherwise only by card. Lotus I booked this hotel over the Internet. My friends arrived in 2 days later and had to pay much more than if you had booked through the Internet. They are then logically moved to another hotel. I also wanted to book an extra night,
Restaurant Tip : 2 Houses continue is a laundry and bicycle hire. The lady of the house is an excellent cook, and totally sweet and friendly.
