Very friendly staff who went out of their way to give us great service. Clean rooms with air-con. Great breakfast. We were really impressed with this hotel. A great budget option with super helpful staff. Is a short walk outside the old town and takes about 5-10 mins via the Japanese bridge. We wish we had longer to stay in Hoi An and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Hotel is located in an interesting local area.
Restaurant Tip : The Morning Glory restaurant in town is fantastic & it's easy to find down the main street. This hotel's fruit shakes are very good for breakfast- Pineapple flavour recommended!

Lovely decor
Very clean, easily located, tremendous staff.
Good food Pillows were too high (staff rectified this)
Pool was great, but not user friendly because of its position We enjoyed our three day stay at the Nhi Nhi Hotel and found it instantly to our liking. The friendly smiling faces of the staff upon our arrival made us feel welcomed and secure. With their wealth of information they soon had our days filled with interesting tours and places to shop, and organised our transport to and from the airport even before we settled into our most comfortable clean airconditioned room.
Restaurant Tip : Dining along the river front in any of the eateries is an excellent choice

Small pool in courtyard, room with private balcony, cable TV, aircon, mosquito nets all wonderful touches. Also enjoyed the $1 bicycle rentals Breakfast a little skimpy, no in-room safe The Nhi Nhi Hotel is located just outside the historic district on a quiet street, only minutes away from the historic district of town. This lovely hotel has it all including cheap bicycle rentals, small courtyard swimming pool, rooms with private balcony, and local tour booking through the reception desk. Breakfast was a bit skimpy, but the friendly staff and sizable room with private balcony and en suite bathroom was perfect. Our room also had aircon and mosquito nets which were heavily used in the summer heat. Our only issue was the mandatory airport taxi service at $24 ($12 per person each way) which seemed exorbitant. Check your booking carefully when you book online through Agoda. If you book your own taxi, it should only cost $12 each way regardless of the number of people. This was the only "scam" we encountered which is common in Vietnam. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Nhi Nhi Hotel, and would definitely consider staying here again.
Shopping Tip : Instead of hitting the expensive tailor shops in the historic district, go to the Hoi An Cloth Market at the far end of town (near the central market by the river) to get fully lined suits and dresses made for only $10 USD. It's a great bargain and the quality can range from good to excellent.

Good character, close to sights Pushy staff, room proximity to pool which gets extremely noisy Very nice hotel. Price seemed about right given places we'd stayed in Vietnam prior to here. Only real negative were a couple of the staff members who were pushy in the extreme, constantly badgering us to book tours through them.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hoi An town in general. the old town is full of culture and very interesting.

The staff were really friendly. Every time I go to the front, stay comfortable, always put a voice for any inconvenience and concern to us. Even a short stay, I will remember about the name. The Hoi An Tourism me about at length, showing him the map. Is promptly and arrange a taxi. I think one of the best customer service in a hotel in Vietnam!! Unfortunately the situation. Hotels in Hoi An is the citySo far off, to walk home alone at night is心細KATTA . Map that appears on this site is incorrect. West is in fact far from Nihonbashi walked 10 minutes. Breakfast, "and the bucket tipped over," It is very basic. Room is clean, fairly tunnel. You can have your flower bed, is tastefully decorated. There are bath. The water was stable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : My Son ruins are recommended!! In the mountains, you can refresh the air is so clean.
