The staff here are amongst the friendliest we've met in three months travelling. They're not overly 'gushing' though and seem genuinely keen to make gusts feel great. Price is really good value. Hotel resembles a Moroccan type riad - central internal open courtyard with rooms surrounding it. Very nice. The pool is smallish but great to cool off. Wifi in the room is fast. Breakfast has good range from a menu, not a buffet, but it's all freshly made. Baguettes are fantastic. Room safes are good size, and will hold an iPad - unlike many. One of the best.

The staff was friendly, knowledgable,attentive. Rooms were comfortable. Food very good.

Awesome.Wish we could have stayed longer.Everyone was so friendly and helpful.A pretty little hotel in a convenient location.Breakfast was good and lunch even better.Beds were comfortable and everything very clean.If I go back to Hoi An I will definately stay at the Nhi Nhi Hotel.

Great little hotel. Lovely small pool. Pool lighting for evening reading inadequate however. Super, friendly attentive staff. Would go back there again.

Very comfortable stay, hotel is just outside the old town. (On the covered Japanese bridge side ) . Few minutes walk on a main road. Safe area. .
Breakfast good, however one evening meal, I had was poor. Couldn't fault the staffs helpfulness and friendliness. Good range of tv channels.

Been here for only a night, a little regret for not staying for another night as there's so much to explore in Hoi An. Staffs are very attentive and friendly even not all of them can speak english. They might ask to keep your passport until you check-out, perhaps for security reason but please do insist to keep it on your own if you are not comfortable with this service.
Easy access to the town, but not really suitable for old folks as you have walk for quite some distance.
Kinda enjoy my stay here.

I give the credit to hotel's staff and receptionist, the most sincere services and very helpful during my trip in Hoi An. Thanks for making my holiday memorable and easier. When I have a trouble with local SIM card, they even take me to the shop, also when I need to exchange money. WiFi Internet in the room is quite fast. The room is not big but not small too. It is clean and comfortable enough. Its located near the old city Unesco Heritage Hoi An, just 5-10 min walking. The hotel have a motorcycle and bicycle rent, it is cheap. If you need a car to take you to the airport, just use their airport transfer, only 420.000 VND, it's cheaper than if u use Vinasun taxi. I am surely will come back stay at this hotel when I visiting Hoi An again!

Good hotel with good service

Comfortable hotel 10 minute walk from the main attractions.
Nicely appointed room with bath and shower.
They gave me a free breakfast on early arrival.
The services are expensive e.g. Washing. However they were meticulous about checking for stains after the wash and managed to get out most of a stain that I could not get out after several attempts!
The train ticket bought had a hefty commission 100000 vnd.
