Location: convienent and beautiful
Poor security, run down, mediocre breakfast
Location great, less than 5 mins walk to the historic centre of hoi an, and pretty beside the river. Quite good bar overlooking the bridge and fishing boats.
The room was dark. Security was an issue with a public road bisecting the hotel, room safes were not secure, room locks proved to be functional on only some rooms. Maintaince was poor- dodgy electrics, decoration, and flooding.
The managment were a little responsive, moving our room3 times and upgrading us to a bungalow.

good value for money. Location:tranquil setting and just few minutes walk from the city center.
Security.
Bed not too confortable, wireless internet poor.
Staff sometime lazy to do things
Hotel is in a nice location, just over a bridge crossing the river. Very close to the market and the city center. Room are big with nice balcony and view,although no privacy from neighbour when on balcony. Staff are generally nice but in one occasion I was frustrated as I ask to print something from my email and they found excuses not to do it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : go to the local market very early in the morning, around 5/5.30am if you can.All the best action is at that time, no tourist around. Around the river you can see people doing thai chi.
