close to the action
lovely lady out the front is awesome we rented bikes and motor bikes from her and they were in good condition, got our washing done from her all for a really good price
prices were def more than in town - but i guess you are at a resort - beds were hard
again the lady out the front is wonderful
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : get a bike on the first day and a motor bike on the 2nd - oh and eat at mango mango or mango room - great food and cocktails!

Nice place to relax, great pool to cool off in and very close to old quarter of town/friendly staff
The beds could do with softer mattress
great place to stay and chill out after a day wandering around the many tailors of hoi an/cheap bike hire for a short trip to the beach/staff always freindly and helpful/considering we arrived only a few weeks after magor floods the staff must have pulled all stops to get this hotel up and running again
Shopping Tip : I would suggest if you have the time to make sure you check out tailors as some are not up to standard/ Hong of 126 tran phu street I would highly recommend, very helpful/good english and not the hard sell like many of the others

Location: convienent and beautiful
Poor security, run down, mediocre breakfast
Location great, less than 5 mins walk to the historic centre of hoi an, and pretty beside the river. Quite good bar overlooking the bridge and fishing boats.
The room was dark. Security was an issue with a public road bisecting the hotel, room safes were not secure, room locks proved to be functional on only some rooms. Maintaince was poor- dodgy electrics, decoration, and flooding.
The managment were a little responsive, moving our room3 times and upgrading us to a bungalow.
