Excellent service, cheerful staff, beautiful garden setting, outdoor restaurant,not a giant marble mausoleum like hotels in Halong Bay, comfortable rooms with view of paddy fields good breakfast, but not many patrons for evening meals in hotel restaurant - perhaps some improvement needed compared to better restaurants in Old Quarter We will definitely be returning to the Phu Thin 2 Hotel next time we come to Hoi An. We loved everything including the staff and the excellent treatments available. Also an easy walk or cab ride to old quarter. I recommend for poeple who do not like impersonal high rise hotels without any local character

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do not use Son My Son tours the driver was very scary hitting a dog and the van wiring caught on fire. The after the tour we were left at the other end of town with no map and told to get our own way back
For excellent guides use the easy rider motorbike and drivers near the hotel. They were the best.
