Located on the edge of Cua Dai Beach, this is an ideal accommodation for couples, families and honeymooners in search of a beach vacation. Each of the 33 guest rooms at the Sea and Sand Hotel include satellite television and balconies. Wake up to an international breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. Order drinks from the Sun Bar and get them delivered to the outdoor pool. Just be sure to test out the underwater massage system while having a swim. Spend a day rejuvenating and pampering at the spa and massage center. Take the family on a boat trip during the day as the attentive hotel staff will make arrangements. Visiting local markets should be fairly easy as car and motorbike rental is available.

This hotel is conveinantly located 2 minute walk from the beach. It is a small hotel but kept very clean. The rooms are a good size, there were 3 adults in one room and were had lots of room. Each room has its own balcony.
There is a free shuttle into town and it takes about 20 minutes There is some shopping on bothe sides of the street by the hotel great deals to be had. The restaurant around the hotel were very good.
Shopping Tip : the shopping around the hotel is worth checking out. The shoeMakers and tailors don't have the select of fabric's but thr service is great.

The room door and window locks are not that secure
In room safes wood be great
Our stay at the sea and sand was very comfortable. I found the rooms to be clean and maintained. It is located about 2 min. walk to the beach. Shopping along both sides of the street is great. Check out the tailor and shoe makers by the hotels the selection of fabric might be limited but great service. The shuttle into town take about 20 min. I would stay there again
Restaurant Tip : Food was great very where we eat.

- mirror in bathroom bellow my head, hard to shave :-)
I've selected hotel by only pictures from internet and rather didn't not set to much expectation. After my real visit I consider hotel and its services as a good ones. Close to the beach, working internet connection. Communication in English required higher effort and simplification of requests. It was quite noisy as buildings in neighbourhood were under reconstruction.
