Perfect place to stay if you'd like to be in between the beach and the old town. I rented a bike both days but you can easily walk to town. The ladies at reception are very helpful. The rooms are large and open air which is great this time of year.

Recommend this place.Staff are the best,good shower with bath.Good food,cant go wrong.A little out of town but not a problem.Hire m/bike for $5 a day(bear in mind your personal insurance does not cover you because you are not licenced to drive.You must have a VN licence,not a international.If you get injured,tell your insurance you fell off a push bike)Push bike $1 a day.Or there is an old gentlman to the right that fuels up the m/bikes and he will run you to town on his m/bike for $1
Nightlife Tip:
"Before N Now"bar is where they all hang out.Just head down hill from there and first turn right is probably the best street for beer and food

Great hotel, big clean rooms and nice size pool

Stayed at this hotel for a week in a standard room and had no troubles. The room was really big and cleaned daily. It had decent wi-fi, aircon, a TV and fridge.
The staff at the hotel were polite (although the front desk was consistently busy) and happy to help when they could. We found them not at all pushy about tours which was a relief.
The breakfast at the hotel was nice, buffet style with lots of options to choose from, however it was best to get down early to avoid missing out on the best stuff!
The pool area was a great spot to relax with quite a few sun chairs and a bar/pool table area. The pool was a nice size and seemed pretty clean.
The location is pretty much equal distance from the beach and the old town. You can hire bikes out the front of the hotel for $1 a day which make it much easier to get around.
All in all a good value spot for $25 in Hoi An!

we paid for what we got with this hotel. the room was clean and the front reception staff were helpful and had maps. we hired a moped so it was easy to drive into the main streets. it would take a while to walk in from the hotel. the breakfast was very good too and there was a pool out the back which was refreshing. overall a nice hotel. it doesn't have a lift, but they help you with luggage so this didn't matter at all.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Moped rental just outside the hotel was cheap and the man who we rented it of was lovely.

I was there in august. The hotel is correct only if you dont have to go until the 4th floor.... it is very tired... The worst is the staff. They are bipolar. Sometimes smiles sometimes shout.. you never know. We order one night for agoda and we decided stay there for more time... we speak with the manager that if was possible to stay there at the same price of agoda and she told us that not. She told us that they were close to full hotel and she had been decided increase the price in agoda for avoid that people booked trought it.
But she told us shouting... not speaking as normal people....
Very uncomfortable!!!! Is far away from centre if you want go walking

I loved staying here, and I highly recommend it. IT beautiful inside. great lobby. Friendly staff. MY room was quite large and comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the pool. I loved it. The location is good. There was a delicios little restaurant right next door. I rented a bike both days and rode to the beach about a mile away. I met several people along my travels that also stayed here, and they also enjoyed it. Two thumbs up!!

The staff was super friendly and the rooms were great, unfortunately we only booked two nights and had to shuffle to two other subpar places for the same price. Even though we no longer stayed there, we came back to book bus tickets (they go through sinh cafe), and they insisted that we help ourselves to breakfast that morning and the morning we left! Grade A hotel.

be careful when you travel in vietnam, the hotels often overbook to make sure they fill the rooms i'm guessing because a lot of travelers using the cheaper hostels often change their plans last minute. even if you book through a website such as agoda like we did, you might hear some poor excuse when you arrive like, the room isn't ready or something is wrong with the toilet so you can't stay here. this happened to us here and they wanted to send us to their sister hotel in town. it was the same price and everything worked out ok in the end but just make sure you get what you paid for! oh also the towels were a bit dirty (hair and brown stains) and the bathroom looked like it might fall apart but vietnam hostels....

Breakfast is really good food, as good as some of the street food and they do fresh pancakes and eggs for you there and then.
The rooms may be standard in the sense that you may get ants and stuff from outside getting in but it wasnt an issue too much for me, possibly because i only stayed a short while.
It is a bit far off some of the central attractions but transport is never a problem here. pool is good too.
I was asked to give up my room for two other people and I was moved to a single room so they could accomodate both parties, and they gave me a courtesy ride to a hotel more central which i wanted to move to (no reflection on their service or behaviour). decent of them.
