Great location but so-so hotel

We book for a standrd room with one extra bed but upon arrival, we were given a room with 4 single beds. Bathroom was not so clean. Bedsheet was not changed daily. Towels were dirty. Air cond was ok. Breakfast was pretty good with many choices. No wadding pool, only for adult and small. During check out, the hotel charged us for 2 sneaker bars that were never taken from the room fridge.
Travel tip:
U can easily rent a motorbike or bicycle just in front of the hotel with very cheap rental price. Our motorbike was rented for usd 5 per day

Great hotel

The rooms are very basic but big, there was a balcony looking over the pool. Breakfast was a good selection. The wifi was very good, handy when we arrived very early and had to wait a bit for the room. It is very easy to rent a bike, normal going prices. No complaints, would stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights. Booked in room for 2 nights which was very lovely. Clean, well looked after. After moved to dorms, because they were fully booked and u need to tell in advance u wanna stay longer. Very busy place but with nice travellers. No parties or noise in night. Even dorms was great stay.
They have lovely swimming pool and bar next to it. Very nice cocktails. Also they serve breakfast buffet which is huge choose of everything ( included with all rooms). Didn't try their evening and lunchtime meals but friends said they yummy.
Staff is helpful with organising trips, tickets and giving advices about what to see in own. Very impressed.
Restaurant Tip:
If u wanna do cooking class choose smaller restaurants. I got class with Citronella restaurant and it was great cause it was just me and chef. Bigger restaurants more bigger groups and not so much time for cooking. My class was fantastic and I have done many around Asia. Good value too .
Try to get in restaurant Morning Glory for dinner. It's fantastic.

Great location to beach to interesting town center. Bus shuttle was supplied free which was great otherwise you can walk/or bike to town and to the beach. breakfast was more than you need.

booked for twin room but got 4 person dorm room instead, so two beds were left empty. discovered bed bugs on them and informed reception, who were courteous and quick in changing the sheets.

Many backpackers bring a western flair with them. Mostly young (party)people. Grreeat breakfast buffet with loads of asian and western continental food to choose. 15 minutes to walk to the city 10 minutes by bike to the beach. Rooms with window can mean, that you either got a wall before the window or the windows are small and on the ground due to a roof slope.

the hotels is well located and the breakfast buffet is rich and with a lot of choices. The staff is super firendly and helpful. A negative point was the room. Even though they are spacious and looked ok, they look tiered and we had flees in the matress and blanket...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
rent a bike and explore the Hoi an and have a look at the beach! if you want to get some clothes made, Lana Tailor is a good choice.

This hotel was in a great location, with the town within walking distance, and the beach about 4km by bike. The hotel is just outside the town, so you arent saturated by the tourist atmosphere too much.
Dorms are a great, cheap way to go at this hotel, and the breakfast buffet ensures you meet other people there too. Internet access and wifi is great at this place.
