It is a lovely building, clean,receptionists speak English Fluently. Strong WIFI signal. The hotel provide shuttle bus to the town center hourly which is very confortable.The breakfast in sunflower is the most delicious one on my trip.

One night but very great service and friendly staff. The hotel is near the town's center. There's a convenient store across the street and tourists can rent bikes just outside the hotel.

only thing wrong with the hotel is that it is quite a distance from the main town --- but it is also close to the beach. the shuttle bus into town is fine for getting there but no good for getting back. either a 20/30 minute walk or a taxi.

This is a big hotel so doesn't have much romantic atmosphere but it's a good budget option for Hoi An. 10 mins walk to main part of town. There is a pool but it was too cold and wet to use it when we were there in December. The room was a good size, it had a bath but hot water on a tank so not enough to fill it! The bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful and booked onward travel for us.

This hotel advertises itself as being in the city centre but it's a good 20 - 25 minute walk at a decent pace. They do however offer a free shuttle bus to the city centre on every half hour and you can call the hotel if you want it to pick you up apparently. Twice however the shuttle was not available to go into the city for different reasons. The walk is not bad, and the roads feel a lot safer in Hoi An than they do elsewhere in Vietnam, but we were there in December during an extended rainy season so it made it a bit painful. The hotel itself is nice enough. The rooms were spacious and clean (we had one level up from the standard) with a small balcony, air con, lockable cabinet and TV. The staff were helpful. I didn't enjoy the breakfast. There was a lot of fatty deep fried stuff, pasta and Asian dishes. The hotel has a pool that looks fairly clean however as it was raining we didn't use it, and there are about five or six computers in the lobby for the free use of guests. If you stay there, you have to go to the Solo cafe across the road, because the food there is great.

the most impressive features of the hotel were the pool and the breakfast. room was a reasonable size with adequate facilities. place is getting a bit rough around the edges if you look closely and will need to hjave some money spent on it in the near future. staff are friendly and helpful. i found it to be pretty good value for the cost and i wouldn't be concerned about staying there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We only spent 2 nights in Hoi An. Not enough. Has nice beach option that we didn't get to appreciate and the old town area is very relaxing and great to walk around. No shortage of eating establishments and was very cheap. If planning to stay in Hoi An go for 3 - 4 nights minimum.

breakfast is perfect also room beside the pool. staff is able to speak english very well and will help you if you need any assistance.
only 10 minutes into town, big room with windows on two sides.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
rent a bike and do a trip out to the beach. nice scenery and nice ride for 20 minutes. take vnd with you for parking your bike at the beach :-)

room was clean and comfortable. i was in a room with a balcony facing another building so useless. breakfast buffet was quite good. location is quite inconvenient, 30 mins walk to city centre. shuttle bus to city centre is provided by the hotel every half an hour. but when you want to return to hotel from city centre, you gotta call the hotel for shuttle bus, which you may miss it if it's caught by others.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not book bus tickets through the hotel, it's much more expensive.

Great hotel for a great price

i stayed with 2 friends initially for one night but decided to stay an extra night due to the wonderful price and great service. we had 3 people and our room had 4 beds which was great as we had extra space. breakfast was included and it was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. relatively close to the old town, provided a shuttle bus hourly also.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure you hire a bicycle for $1 a day, very handy
