Great design and atmosphere, good food and bar, nice pools. Good location near Hoi An
Misunderstandings with staff
Hotel is absolutely beautiful, and has great facilities.
I Guess they could have made a bit more of the beach, and it might be nice to make more of the fresh seafood (daily seafood special or something).

Incredible design, great facilities, very good food and attitude to guests
Staff were weak in English which caused some problems
We were in the Namhai for 7 nights on our Honeymoon. The stay was fabulous overall. We had "honeymoon cake" and champagne free in our room when we arrived, and we liked the regular turning down of the bed, lighting of candles and music etc in the room. Seems like they dashed in as soon as we left the room each day to do something new.
The Food at the hotel was great - esp the indian food (and we eat indian food regularly in London and elsewhere). The breakfasts were good too.
The only issues were related to language - we called the restaurant to check about corkage charge as we had a very nice bottle of wine we wanted to have with dinner. After rearranging the sentence several different ways, we were told there was no corkage charge. When we got to the restaurant the manager came to tell us there was a $55 corkage charge. They waived it, but not after an embarassing silence and explanation. This could have been avoided. Wake up call was also 30 mins late (bit of a panic, but we managed to make it to our dive trip!) Also they don't seem to understand their own in-room breakfast menu - it was delicious, but seemed quite random, one day we got two massive plates of bacon (literally 30-40 rashers) in addition to cooked breakfast...no major problem, just a bit wierd!
Travel tip : Consierge recommended Brothers Cafe in Hoi An - a great meal! (Have the crab!)

Room decor and beachfront
Room amenities such as toilettries ( should provide toothbrush and toothpaste in room)
I like the villa at Nam Hai. The beach facing villa is impressive. Spacious villas with great interior design. Breakfast at Nan Hai offers a wide selection of food. Eggs brnedict and mango smoothies are the best. Villas should provide toothpaste and toothbrush tho
