friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, big rooms with extremely comfy beds, gorgeous swimming pool restaurant very expensive compared to restaurants in town we had an amazing time at this hotel. check in was quick and smooth, we stayed in a deluxe room on the beach which had the most amazing views and the room itself was massive and the bed was probably the most comfortable one i've ever slept in. although this hotel is one of the more expensive hotels i think its definately worth it as we were made to feel special for the entire stay.

Very welcoming, comfortable. Set on a great beach with a lovely pool. The buffet dinner was very nice with many freshly cooked local items. Really enjoyed our stay here after interesting but hectic visits to Saigon & Hue. Hoi An is a lovely town with excellent restaurants (especially recommend Morning Glory) but it was nice to chill on the lovely beach or by the pool.Pleasant & helpful staff, try the motorbike & sidecar trip! Would love to return.

- boutique style
- large garden room and bathroom to suit with balcony

- prompt room service
- great location, clean nice beach with nice beach couches
- felt private
- good reception service - walls a bit thin. could hear next door showering
- water/hot water turned off for some strange reason
- would prefer to have a seperate shower to bath rather than climb into bath to have shower
- king size bed need to be level in the middle
- pool boys not that attentive especially to pregnant ladies needing help with the beach chairs!
- pool waiters need to be more attentive also
- pool could be larger
- food in the hotel restaurants not that great compared with food outside. The breakfast however was very very good.
- spa could be nicer. the chairs used for pedispa were not comfortable and were old fashioned.
- common toilets especially around pool needs to be updated.
- the hotel shuttle was late from the town back to hotel very nice hotel. it felt private and boutique style hence more character than other hotels there e.g. Swiss otel (saw it and glad we didn't stay there). Service is ok not on par with thailand or bali but that is usual for vietnam. the food at the main restaurant were quite salty for some reason and overall not that good for the prices paid. spa was nice but not compared to other places we have stayed in thailand, bintang and bali. beautiful gardens however and great breakfast. the pool is small for the size of the hotel. would definately return!
